Don’t use Liberty Mutual for anything. They will take your premiums for years. Then when it’s time to pay out a claim they will deny, deny, deny. I had to write the California Insurance Commissioner to get them to pay a legitimate claim. I just about ended up without a home because of them. This agent might be great. But the Liberty Mutual insurance company is in the business of making money for shareholder’s not taking care of their customers. Check the consumer affairs website for more information. You will find one horror story after another.
