Established in 2014.

We are a brand new detailing service but i have been detailing cars with my father since i was a kid. He taught me the art of detail and i improved it!

When i was young my father taught me a little about detailing nothing to fancy as he was just the typical weekend warrior. I grew up around cars my whole life and always appreciated a perfect car show finish paint job. Before opening AMD Detailing i spent hundreds of dollars on getting my car detailed just to be dissatisfied. Eventually i grew tired and decided if i wanted something done right i’d do it myself. So i learned how to detail, the correct way. After learning to professionally detail for my personal use i decided i’d bring my skill and expertise to the public. I set up AMD Detail to satisfy customers and their beloved cars, the rest is history.

Awful. Didn’t even show up for an appointment and not even answering my phone calls. Just awful. How do you conduct and maintain business in this manner. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Lack of respect and consideration for other people’s time. AWFUL!!! Didn’t even deserve one star

I really wish I could get my money back. I think that even if you purchase a Groupon, you should get what you are paying for. I have tried numerous Detail Jobs on Groupon but this one was worth about $ 5 (I tipped them more than that!). They were about 45 minutes late, I was at work so I didn’t mind that too much but truly inconvenient if I wanted to go out to have lunch.
The inside detail in my car looked like It was just wiped over. The corners of the center consoles had not been properly wiped down, the vacuum job was not all that great. I had 2 girls come in to do the job. The outside job looked good but the inside I could have gotten it done better at the $ 10 place that I usually take it to. I paid $ 50 for the whole thing but not worth it AT ALL.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the same experience as some others. I purchased a Groupon and contacted the number on the Groupon both by text and a call to set up an appointment. They weren’t very responsive to begin with and took awhile to get back to me, but I did set up an appointment for 12pm on Friday. I did this about a week and a half in advance. On that Friday, no one showed up so I called and texted and he said he would look into it. He finally called and said he could not have anyone come so we agreed to reschedule for Sunday at 9am. 9am came and went and no one showed up. I called and texted and never heard back. No one has the time to deal with this.

Like another reviewer, my experience was not good. Set appointment and he did not arrive nor did he respond to my texts or to my message left on his voice mail. If your time is valuable, you should consider using a different auto detail company.

STAY AWAY. UNRELIABLE.
Very similar experience happened to me as what happened to Noël A. Scheduled a detailing appointment and no show at prescribed time. Called AMD and basically woke them up at 9am. They said they were on their way but would be late. After another hour of waiting, I again called and AMD said they had car trouble and could not keep the appointment.
Rescheduled with them for the following week (boy, that was stupid) and no show again. Called AMD every 15 minutes with no response and left messages. Finally cancelled my groupon.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I had my BMW done today and it turned out perfect!
I hate waiting at the car wash, then you drive away and have water marks everywhere. No good!
Came out at appointment time and confirmed the morning of, my car was so dirty I felt bad! I would highly recommend this place.
$ 40 out the door, wash, waxed, cleaned the rims, vacumed all my pet hair out of the rugs… it’s spotless. I will definitely use them again

I’m not happy with this company. I purchased a Groupon for a car wash, wax & car detailing. I made the appointment for Friday, December 26th at 1pm. I even checked twice with the car detail guy to make sure he’d be available the day after Christmas. I took the day off of work to have my car detailed & when 1pm rolled around, no one showed up to my house. I waited for about 15 minutes & then I tried to call the guy twice but it went to voice mail. I left two messages & then I even tried texting him. Still no answer.
I don’t feel it’s my responsibility to chase someone down; obviously he doesn’t want the business. I contacted Groupon today & explained my situation. They were gracious enough to refund my money. Groupon is great but AMD Detailing is unprofessional, inconsiderate & frustrating. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company.

Recently had AMD detail my wife’s Lexus. The car turned out absolutely beautiful. I can’t say enough regarding Alejandro and crew. They really take their time paying attention to detail and use the finest materials. Both young men are respectful, friendly and do their best to please. With out hesitation I highly recommend AMD Mobile Detail.
