Thank you to our ActivCare family at Rolling Hills Ranch. I am forever grateful and will always remember the wonderful staff and the support you gave me. I knew when I left each day my mother was safe and given loving care. I appreciate all the staff for their hard work and kind, loving care given to my mother. We are truly grateful.

Nice staff. Activities going on through out the day. The only thing I would complain about is that I’ve seen some residents walking around with food stained clothes. Not nice to see. As family members we would like too see our parents nicely dressed and we’ll groomd. I feel that they are lacking in this area. One other major problem I see is that some of the residents are extremely aggressive and sometimes more often than not uncomfortable to be around and even more scary to think that my loved one can be put in a situation totally uncalled for. This would completely sway my choice of having someone I love put in their hands.
