Cesar left a very positive impression as a person and technician. He was very knowledgable while fixing our laptop. He offered cheap prices and when he left our 6 year old laptop was working faster than the day we bought it.
I called him 2^nd time to setup an appointment for a second repair of completely different issue. He was booked for the next 6 days so he pointed me in the right direction to have the laptop fixed myself.
He is definitely my «Go To» person when it comes to computers/​laptops

I have had Cesar, from 247 PC Tech, trouble shoot and repair various software and hardware issues on two different occasions. Both times he has proven to be very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He also is very personable, honest and really wants to please. On his most recent visit he installed a new 8.1 window operating system, cleaned up my files, provided the Kodi software (free movies, tv shows etc.) and installed a new antivirus program. His fee was very fair and he provided life time tech support on my computer.
Besides his busy computer business Cesar volunteers several times a month at an orphanage near Tijuana, where he works with the children as a roll model, but also passes on his computer knowledge and laptops that he restores.
It is without question, I highly recommend calling Cesar for all your computer/​technology needs. You will be treated like family.

Called Cesar and he came right over to my house. Cesar was able to diagnose and correct my computers problem immediately. He updated a few things for me and gave me a couple of very expensive programs that would have cost me hundreds of dollars for free. I needed a new video card. Cesar drove me to Best Buy and showed me exactly what I needed. The video card happened to be on sale for $ 43.00 bonus! He turned me onto and installed Kodi to watch movies for free all without me asking. To recap for $ 120.00 Cesar diagnosed my computers problem, fixed it, included a hard drive, installed it, drove me to Best Buy where I bought a video card, installed the video card, gave me hundreds of dollars of updated programs, turned me onto Kodi and showed me how to use it. This included 1 year tech support all for the price of $ 120.00. Cesar gave me an additional year tech support for reviewing 247 PC Tech on Unilocal.All this from the comfort of my home. You can’t beat that deal anywhere in town. To top it off Cesar is genuinely a nice guy. I would give him 10 stars if I could

Have a computer and need it fixed fast? Then call 247. As a business owner I need my equipment working when I am. 247 made it happen. I called and scheduled an appointment the next morning and when I got to money office it was good as new and ready to work. You can’t ask for better service when you need it done now! Had a virus on my laptop. I called Cesar and set an appointment for Saturday. He came over fixed the problem and charged me the price that he had quoted me over the phone. He was professional and friendly and answered all my questions. If you need computer help give him a call.

Beware! I used Cesar Alexander a few times over the past 3 years. My last interaction resulted in me paying him $ 280 for work he never completed. He told me that my hard drive had failed, took the hard drive to try to recover any data off of it, and then told me he couldn’t recover any of the data. I only learned yesterday from a reputable PC repair company that he replaced the hard drive with an inferior, smaller and defective 80gb hard drive to the one that came with the machine. Upon attempting dozens of time to text and call him to complete the work of installing a backup hard drive and returning my old hard drive, he never returned any of my calls or texts. He basically ripped me off. Please contact me if you’d like details. I wish I had known his company had an ‘F’ rating on the BBB site. I would also question the licensing of any of the software/​operating systems he installs. Paul B., San Diego

Cesar did the great job to fixing my computer. So he is doing everything with the laptops computers updating installing software’s and etc.
