This is one of the nicest RV parks in the area. They have recently invested in wifi upgrades and now the internet access is as fast as ever! If you are a golfer, the stay is basically free as they include two rounds of golf(at a spectacular course) per night of stay. If you are not a golfer, they have excellent facilities and friendly staff. Be sure to come back or stay for the first time. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great resort on 99. You can get a back in site for only $ 40 and with each nights stay you get a free 18 hole round of golf at the adjacent course. There are pull thrus for $ 50 and fancy on the lake sites for $ 60. One downside… there are not picnic tables at the lower priced sites only at the $ 60 sites. If you want a cart for golf there is an additional fee of $ 15 per person. It is a very long course and the greens are in great shape… very fast. We were here early November. The pool and hot tub area are really nice. Friendly staff… curbside trash and recycle pick up. The wifi worked great… but the park was not crowded at all. Maybe that is why it was so good. We will definitely come back here… what a deal!

Nice park, very clean and well kept. We are staying here while my husband is working in the area. I love that they pick your garbage up for you! Not really the most kid friendly park other than the pool and even at the pool you can’t have pool toys! Staff is very friendly. Free but poor wifi.

Nice hedge screens. Well maintained facilities. wide sites. Don’t be misled by free round of golf. Still had to pay for cart; and on weekends, including Friday, free golf only after 11:00 am. In the summer that is 100 degree golf after 11: am. I received a certificate for a free bottle of wine or a gift package of nuts on my next visit. Upon arrival, I was informed I would only get 10% off. They lied.

Nice rv resort. VERYPOOR internet connections. Connects you then disconnects you. No way to book our next rv park on our trip. I complained at office and was told by the desk guy that this is Chowchilla and service is slow and we provide it for free. Come on, its part of my high price to stay there. Spend some money and fix the issue before people stop coming to stay. This is 2014, people need and want internet especially in Chowchilla.

True glamping experience! Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Relaxing and very peaceful atmosphere. The Lakes is located in East Chowchilla(right off Hwy 99) in a newer housing development adjacent to Pheasant Run Golf Course. Included with your stay is 2 rounds of golf after 11:00. My husband pays to play($ 55 with a cart) in the morning and returns to play in the late afternoon with a voucher. You can bring the golf cart to your site! Office staff and security are very friendly and helpful.
