Morrie’s Chippewa Valley Mazda

Morrie’s has an awesome service department! Even though I don’t drive a Mazda, they can service my car quickly and always with a smile! Everyone there seems to enjoy their job and it makes it enjoyable to be there. I am looking forward to my next vehicle purchase and Morrie’s is the only place I’m going to go!

VERY BAD CAR DEALERSHIP — BEWARE!!! This is such a sleezy car dealership to buy a car. We bought a car for our son in November and in less than 2 months the engine was shot. We drove it less than 1,000 miles. The place that we had it towed to said that they would never walk away from a customer like this and encouraged us to go back and see if this place would work with us on the $ 4,000 loss. So we called Morrie’s again with the same response — «that’s how it goes and we don’t care.» — We all know that you take your chances with a used car, however, Morrie’s Chippewa Valley Mazda said that we were basically out of luck with a 2 month vehicle purchase of $ 4,000 loss on vehicle with a motor that just blew up — they didn’t care and said it was our problem. They totally walked away from this situation and then THEY HAD THE GUTS TO SUGGEST WE HAVE IT FIXED THERE!!! They obviously knew that this car was going to come back and need major repairs! We paid $ 4,000 for the vehicle that lasted two months and then they wanted us to pay them more to fix it after it broke down — with discounted parts that they could find for a better deal. (From reading other reviews, their service department can’t be trusted to do good work, so all around BAD PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!). Don’t trust them because they don’t care. They have no integrity — only sleezy car sales.

Great service! I’ve been quite stressed looking for a vehicle since it really wasn’t something I was ready to do but was forced to do since my car was totaled in an accident. I was looking for a specific vehicle and Morrie’s had 2 for me to look at that I had found through various websites online. Such good deals I really had to consider making the 1.5 hour drive to see them in person since I am really the type that need to see and feel before I buy, especially for such a large purchase.
We were met outside by Melissa as soon as we were pulling up and she welcomed us and brought us inside to find out more about what we are looking for. Once we told her what cars we wanted to look at, she got the keys pretty quick and we were on our way to test drive. Melissa knew her stuff and made the experience very easy and worthwhile. She even sat and talked to us for about an hour while we were waiting for the approval and for the signing. Her and others checked in on us every once in awhile to make sure we had coffee or water and were being taken care of.
Next, we also met with Scott who helped us get through the paperwork and on our way. Very knowledgable on our vehicle and made it easy and painless with the paperwork.
The staff is great to work with, this is a busy spot and I can see why! they really take their time to get to know you and make sure you are taken care of.
Morrie’s is not commission based and I like that because it makes it feel like they are truly taking care of you versus pushing on a more expensive option that you may not want or need to look at.
It was worth the drive and they are already exceeding expectations with responsiveness with questions right after the purchase.

Bought a Saab 9 – 5 2010 in August and was pressured to buy the «extended warranty» from Auto Advanced. I asked John in sales if this would be worth my $ 2,000 and he assured me it would. $ 8,000 and a few months later I realize this is one of the biggest scams every. They only offered to pay $ 2,000 of it and when both the Saab specialist and I called we were given disdain for being «stupid enough» to sign a 15 page in 8 font print contract.
Do not buy the extended warranty from Morries Mazda. These days you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Had the sales rep at Morries been more forthcoming, I would only blame myself. Of course I signed. That day I signed 5 documents with 15 pages each. This is the reason why I relied on John’s experience with this.
Finally, the car is completely rusted and I had to pay even more to get it up to code.

Bad Experiance. I would not buy a car from this dealership.
Test drove the car. Noticed that it smelled like something was burning. Got the car on the lift and it had a significant leak in under the transmission. Also had other issues with a lot of codes from the ODB reader. I should have walked away but they convinced me that they would fix everything if I buy it. So I put a deposit down. Three weeks later, still no car. They said first, they were waiting for a part for the transmission. Then they were waiting for a valve cover gasket. Then a plastic cover. Three weeks later still no car and they keep finding problems on the car to fix and wait for parts. Then they tell me it had a rebuilt engine. They did not disclose this when I bought the car. After waiting three weeks for a winter car in January — this was going to be my daily winter car, I decided to cancel the order. Supposedly this car was inspected. If I would have trusted their word on that, I would have been stranded on 94 with a broken transmission and possibly blown motor. Who know what else could be wrong with this car.
So the manager tells me I have to pay $ 500 towards the repairs for this lemon of a car that I never got for canceling the order. They tried to sell me a car that was leaking transmission fluid, engine oil, and a rebuilt engine that they never told me about. Since I backed out they wanted me to pay $ 500 for this car that I never got!
Judging from the other reviews, they don’t seem to do a good job of inspecting their cars and say the cars are «inspected». Make sure you get an independent inspection. These guys give used car salesman their bad name. Very poor customer service. Read their fine print in their «Buy Happy Promise». Beware of Morries Mazda Chippewa Falls, WI!

My mwife went to morries and and man named Adam help her find the car/​suv of her dreams! Adam was upfront and honest about the trade in value of her escort and showed professioalism with a side of funniness when we were waiting for the numbers to be crunched! Adam didn’t treat us like like we were just another commison he treated us like a friend! Morries worked with us very hard so we could buy the tribeca and they did a kick ass job at it! Not to mention that the music was awsome and up to date and all the people who worked there were very nice and professional as well as layed back! We are very glad we went through morries madaz
