Zero-​pressure sales, patient and friendly staff. Everyone appeared to work hard to provide us with great customer service and to be ethical about what they do. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with a dealership in this area!

Follow-​up: not only did the finance manager not care about getting our paperwork right, and got a little snarky when it was pointed out, the lien portion of our title was not processed. (Which I learned from my credit union today.) So now I must spend more of my time and money putting the lien on our vehicle title. If this arrogant, incompetent finance manager, Doug, still has his job, I recommend you save yourself some time and money and find another dealer. That «No Hassle» price isn’t looking like all that fabulous a deal right now.

First no pressure to purchase. Second, knowledgeable sales force who could answer all my questions and of which no question was treated as a dumb question. Third, lots of vehicles to choose from and fourth, a very reasonable trade in quote for my current vehicle. All added up to a pleasant buying experience from Markquart’s.
