Booked in Chipley on a business trip.
Underage front desk clerk cannot suggest can’t thing besides fast food for dinner, one received one key (got to room, it didn’t work, had to come back down).
The one computer in business center is password protected. Neither desk clerk or her manager could help.
Ice machine on 3rd floor is out if order. Had to go back to first floor. Get back to room and yep! Key doesn’t work.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility. They lost a reservation I made 1 month in advance and with a reservation number in hand they advised me that they do not provide reservation numbers. While waiting in line I listened to the desk clerk provide a potential customer a confirmation number.
The desk clerk was rude and had facial piercings and gauge style ear stretch modifications.
In the end I was happy that I chose another hotel nearby. (Next door)
