Vince Lopez Design & Drafting was an excellent choice!!! I was familiar with this company from when I lived in southern California several years ago. They designed a home addition for me two decades ago. Last year when I decided to completely renovate my home in the east foothills of San Jose they were my company of choice. I did not know if they would travel from southern cal to the bay area but they agreed to do so and I knew I would be in good hands.
I picked them up at San Jose airport, took them to my home and let them know what I was thinking regarding renovation. They listened intently and then gave me additional ideas that I quickly endorsed. This is one of the company’s strongest points, they have great design ideas.
We agreed on a date for submission of the completed plans (they met the date) and a price (it was reasonable) before they departed San Jose.
During construction there were very questions on the part of the contractor as the plans were very thorough. When questions did arise VLD&D representatives were very accessible to answer any questions!
I highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again if I ever have a need for these types of services.
