This place is across the street from me so I’ve come here a couple times. Every time I’ve had a different lady do my nails. First, there is usually only 2 ladies working most of the time. So if you walk in you’re going to wait a while. I make appointments and still have had to wait every time. The reason I kept coming back is because they have the prettiest nail colors! I haven’t had a problem until I went to get my nails done here yesterday because i was going to a wedding last night. The lady stabbed the side of my nail with one of the tools. Then sprayed something on it without telling me what it was or that it was going to burn. My nail was bleeding all day and now is getting all scabbed up on the side. It still hurts and is very sore. Will never be coming back.

Gave this place a couple tries. Mostly because everywhere else is packed. I won’t be going there again. I waited 30+ minutes (after they said 10). They only have 3 people working on a Friday. This would all be fine if my gel manicure was good. It wasn’t. It’s not even and already peeling.
Would not recommend, especially reading about the fungus post!

They were very low on staff so I waited for about 20 minutes, but they were very sweet. They seated me in a spa chair while I waited and kept checking to make sure my spa water was at the right temperature. They helped me as soon as they were free. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and gave me a fabulous massage and did a wonderful job on deep cleaning. I only paid $ 10 for the pedicure, but I paid $ 26 for gel nails, and the removal of the last coat. It was a very beautiful place they had nice floors and beautiful spa chairs. Definitely recommend this place if you want to relax. Wasn’t crowded, but I did go in at 11am. Love the service and definitely love the price.

This is a great place, they have completely redeemed themselves since I first visited several years ago. They are clean, fast, detailed and never over charge. They do a very clean job which is rare in most Chino locations. I’m extremely picky when getting my nails done and these ladies deliver every time.

This place is a joke, the lady had me and my sister waiting for 1 ½ hrs. And then told us she couldn’t help us cus she thought we were only sitting there to chat.
We told her we were waiting almost two hours. And she refused to service us. I wanted to speak to the owner and she won’t give us the name or the phone number. Very BAD Customer service. Never going back.
I heard another customer complaining about how they gave her FUNGUS .
Glad I didn’t get anything done there.

They are inexpensive. The girl that did my pedicure was fabulous (sorry didn’t get her name). It was fast, the place is very clean and everyone is nice. I’m surprised more people don’t come here.
