Meet the Business Owner
Josefina M.
Business Owner
When Alfonso Sr., Josefina’s husband had to make a decision. After 22 years working on a dairy, they were moving out of California. What do you do? 5 kids and a wife. Man had a tough decision to make; follow or start a whole another craft. With Josefina’s amazing seasoning and his work ethic they began working out of the back yard of their own home. Word spread on the amazing food coming out of the home of the «Madrigals». It was a weekend hangout for the neighborhood. We opened up 12 924 s. 14th st Chino CA 91 710 February 1st 2004. We offer amazing home made food still. Catering is also available, let Josefina or Alfonso know of the next event. It would be our pleasure to serve you. Thank you to EVERYONE that has supported through out the years. See you next time.
