I absolutely love his place. Just finished my second treatment and Pattra is awesome I love Katie she is so sweet and helps you prepare for your treatment. If you need Laser treatment this is the place. I have been to some other places and all they do is rush rush rush. Not Skin Suite RX they take the time to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Must try and ask for Katie!

I was quoted one price for services but when I went to pay the price was more. I was told it’s because I with the higher price j get a facial and peel included. Interesting that when j booked this facial and peel they never messaged or called me the day before to confirm. They always message or call the day before I called right before they closed and confirmed the time for the next day. The morning of they canceled the appointment stating someone was sick. I personally think this was never a package deal. They are always so busy trying to up sell their customers that even if they did give me this service I guarantee there would be a catch. It is an uncomfortable feeling when I go in for one service and they are quoting me for all these other services my skin needs. I know what my skin needs and half the time they try to up sell me packages that my skin doesn’t need. That is how I feel every time I go to Skin Suite, This last experience confirms I need a new Medspa.

I’ve been going to skin suite rx for hydrogen facials and my skin has a nice glow. Tiffany is great and I love her touch. The customer service from the front desk as well as from esthetician has always been amazing and courteous. I am grateful for the great service I receive at this facility and am definitely will be back.

A friend of mine recommended skin suite rx medspa. I went in and used their skin lightening facial. The consultation prior to my service was beyond what I’ve experienced at other places I’ve been in the past. Raquel is amazing, she listened to what I had to say and she concentrated on all of the areas that were my concerns. Thank you Raquel for the image products you recommended. This place gets 5 stars for the management’s customer service. After Mitra took over our account, we were well cared for. We appreciate the time and consideration she took in listening to our serious concerns and ultimately agreeing that their office wasn’t able to meet our needs, and agreed to refund our money. I commend her for going the extra mile to ensure that we left satisfied. I wish Mitra and her staff the very best.

I am so pleased with Titan laser. When I heard I don’t need surgery and just few Titan laser treatments will tighten my skin, I was like!!! I am so impressed. Just one laser treatment on my face gave me a noticeable lift. Lea, was great. Very professional, lots of knowledge, and just good to talk to for that the hour. Highly recommend.

I heard about this place from a friend. She got me interested in many of their services that they offer. I went in a few months ago and thought I would try botox first. I had botox and fillers done at some other places and the results were not good at all. I loved the results here. Monica takes her time and is very professional! Happy with my acne scars treatments. The new management is great. I suffered years with my acne scars. The best part of my experience here is the fact that they are so professional about what I can expect. I had consult another place prior to choosing this place, they promised me so much that i had my doubts! Pattra, Nurse Practitioner explained everything to me. Really can not say enough nice things about this place. I went in for consultation for my acne and they made their recommendation. The package seemed pricy, so I told them i wanted to think about it and they were totally fine with that. Their medical staff, Pattra, nurse practitioner was so friendly and informative and professional. I learned a lot about acne. so I decided to go to other places for consultation. I got different pricing and procedures! I decided to go back to skin suite rx. Had more questions, they took their time with me. I am so happy i finally chose them for my acne treatment. My skin looks and feel great. I recommend skin suite rx to everyone, especially with acne without hesitation. You earned my 5 star and thank you again

They were awesome! I’m confused as to why they have such low ratings. I am so glad I didn’t look at Unilocal before going because I probably wouldn’t have went at all. I wells referred by a friend who went here and her results were so great I had to check them out! Very friendly… very knowledgable… and very well priced. Go see them. You won’t regret it I promise

This place is great! You get what you pay for here. Quality products and services worth every penny. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My facial with Raquel was probably one of the best I’ve ever had! I have oily and cystic acne prone skin but since using the Clear Cell gel cleanser they recommended my skin has improved so much. Can’t praise this place enough.

I would like to add a comment to those who were displeased about waiting. I like to look at it as if it were me getting a treatment, then I would like to feel like they took their time to do a good and careful job. Always allow enough time for any type of beauty treatments because they should never be rushed.

One star is too much for this place. I paid for a full body treatment hair removal I finished all session with no any result and I bought 3 more with no result so I waste my money and my time at this place. I end up having more hair than first I started with this place. their appointments is really bad. I do not recommend this place.

NOT RECOMMENDED. It’s really disappointing for the amount of money that I paid the treatment did not work. I was hopeful that I would at least see some noticeable results, but after 7 out of 8 expensive treatments, hardly noticeable.

I stopped in to get some questions answered regarding price for facials and said I was «curious» about microdermabrasian. Without having any type of «real consultation», I was told I needed $ 4000 worth of «tx». I was never taken to the back to have an exam/​consultation. It was all done at the front desk. The «treatment plan» that was presented to me was the girl basically scribbling on piece of scratch paper. When I asked for a copy of what it was I was presented with I was told they arent allowed to give us that info, of was for their own use. I asked if I could just get a single facial, pay for one visit but was told i could only do the package of 10 visits. Ummm really? no thanks.
I could understand if maybe I had severly bad acne or terrible skin, but I have no breakouts, at most some acne scars, nothing that I would label needing 4 grand worth of treatment.
