I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR!!! Started seeing this doctor when I was pregnant with my son and he is always in a rush. He doesn’t take time to answer questions and is in and out of the room in a minute. The wait time is extreamly long even with an appointment. The office staff is really nice but I won’t be back.

If I could I would give him negative stars. I absolutely hate this Dr. With a passion I was pregnant with my first son in 2007. I remember I had a horrible flu for 3 months which he was told about in several occasions it’s ok he said. Later in my 3^rd trimester I was always worried because I did not show and I was beyond tiny. He said in several visits «your baby is perfect «you don’t want him to be too big. To my surprise when my son was born he was born with microcephaly which means small head small brain. If he would have paid attention to his work he would have been able to tell from the ultrasounds and could have at least prepared me for a son with special needs. Besides that during my delivery I had to stop pushing because he was running late

I waited for an hour (and still wasn’t seen) with the Dr and staff constantly telling me he be will right with me. Does not value patient’s time.

The wait is HORRIBLE!!! I longest I waited was 2 hours. Every time is a about 1 ½. He really doesn’t remember you, or at least that’s how I felt. I came here for my prenatal care. He did an U/S the first day. It really upset me that he did not give me the option because he could have used a doppler. I got a $ 150 bill for it! So be careful. Either way he’s ok but he is always rushed. The front desk girls are nice. I did not deliver at Pomona Valley, delivered elsewhere. I didn’t get my paperwork because I had an appt that week and baby came early. Dr. Phung gave the hospital nurses such a hard time faxing my paperwork. His staff are not allowed to fax paperwork without his approval, even though I signed a release form regarding my paperwork. If they wouldn’t had faxed it on time, my newborn was going to get blood drawn to check for strep b. So lesson learned get you paperwork as soon as your approaching your due date.
