Re screened patio door screen. Great job. Been around for years and sometime they are real busy but they always try to get it done when you need it.

Kevin came out and repaired 3 windows that were leaking. He sealed the windows for me. Did a great job. Clean and affordable. I’m now ready for El Nino!

Watch out for bugs. I wanted the glass in two sliding doors replaced. There was what looked to be a grasshopper between the pieces of glass. The guy even acknowledged that he saw it, but just assumed it was outside the glass. It was obvious it wasn’t. On top of that they tried charge me double the price we had agreed to. I do not recommend them.

Great products! Wish the service was a little better. Specifically, when I bought a mirror, I wasn’t shown the options of glass thickness. The gentlemen asked me what it was for and suggested ¼″. When I got the mirror, I realize it’s too thick and heavy for what I want. I realize after the fact it would have been great to see/​feel the different mirror dimensions to help me make my decision. The other thing is when I went to pick up the products I ordered, I was just given the products in no protective packaging to travel with them. I asked the lady if they had card board or bubble wrap and they didn’t. When you buy glass or a big mirror from a store, you at least get cardboard on the corners to protect it as you travel with it. Lastly, I had a large mirror, a small mirror and a few other glass products and wasn’t offered assistance to my car. I can understand if they don’t want to handle the glass after I bought it, but at least an offer to open the car door for me while I juggled the big mirror, my car keys, and opening the car door.

During the recent thunderstorm my dog broke out one of our rear living room windows. Had spoke to another glass repair company close to my home and they told me my entire window frame and all needed to be removed and replaced.
We live in Eastvale California any friend told me to try Loren’s in Chino. Gave them a call they came out the next day to do a measurement and provided me with an estimate. Told me there was no need to replace my entire window and frame they can replace just the glass and would only have to order it it would take about two weeks. The very next day they called to schedule an installation appointment and said the window should be in within five days.
My installation time came today between 10 and 12 was the window for the repair man to show up. At 10 o’clock on the nose my doorbell rang. At 10:50 AM my window has been replaced everything is cleaned up and the gentleman in his left.
He also saw the torn screens that the dog rip to break the window and mention that they do screen repairs along with the frames. He took the friends with him and told me I can pick them up within the week.
Extremely impressed with the service, follow-​up, follow through, craftsmanship, and price.
Would highly recommend to anyone who has any glassware window repair needs.

The side mirror fell out of my 72 Chevelle and broke… Not wanting to change to an aftermarket mirror, I figured I’d have just the mirror replaced. Called another place and apparently they don’t do «Small Jobs». After calling here they said it would be no problem. I took the part over and dropped it off, they told me it would be ready in a day… Sure enough, the next morning I got a call and it was ready. Not only did they cut it to fit, but the edges were finished off nicely, and they glued it into the frame for me… Now I’m thinking this was going to be expensive… $ 10… Are you serious??? I can’t eat at in-​n-​out for $ 10!!!
Bottom line is, THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! I love taking care of small businesses and this place values and takes care of their customers!

I’ve used them for years now. I have re-​screened 3 houses over the years and every single screen has been perfect. I also recommend their heavy duty pet screen door. It’s a few extra bucks but you won’t have cats or dogs ruining your screen door ever again.

I made a mistake in the heat of a broken window by calling a different glass place for repair before calling Loren’s. I’m paying the other place $ 180.00 labor for repair Loren’s would charge $ 135.00. But instead of buying material from other guy and pay $ 20.00 per glass at 9 times I did buy glass for less then $ 5.00 9 times from Loren’s and saved a grip on materials. MUST CALL Loren’s 1^st they are beyond reasonable in material and labor…

They were able to make 3 glass tops to protect my furniture and also replaced a piece of glass on my coffee table. I took the dimensions to Loren’s and let them know the type of edge I wanted on each piece of glass. They were able to make pieces to the dimensions I submitted and they fit the furniture perfectly. The price was more than reasonable and they were able to get the work done within 2 days. I was happy with the service and the way the glass turned out. I will definitely go back if I need another piece of glass.

I needed glass tops for some furniture and counters for my home. Called then up and they scheduled a tech to come out to the house and measure the required areas.
The tech recommended I get beveled glass for the entry way, which came out great.
I was worried because done of the pieces needed to be scalloped. The tech took imprints of the furniture for precise measurements.
They scheduled the install and viola got ‘er done. All appt techs were courteous and punctual.

I read the Unilocal review that it was 35 $ for a shelf and called other places but figured I’d ask for myself since it’s closer…
It was AMAZING! I had the piece of glass for my coffee table in 10 min and it was 12 $. The guys were so nice and helpful! Lesson learned, don’t believe every review.
I mentioned the negative review and they don’t understand how she could have received that quote unless it had to be special ordered.

They over charge. I took 12 by 20 inch frame over there to replace the glass. They asked $ 35 to replace it. And I took it to a place on mission CMG glass and they fixed it for $ 15. Sorry Loren, maybe you do a good service however for a small glass $ 35 is too much.

Unbelievable service! We had someone shatter the back sliding window to break in our house. We called Loren’s and they came right out. They had our slider replaced in a couple hours from when we called them. No extra rush charges or anything. They gave us a great price and unbeatable service. I was worried about getting taken advantage of because of the situation, but these guys took good care of us, and didn’t take advantage of the situation. Thanks Loren’s!

This is just a small mom and pop shop that has served this community for years. The staff is alway helpful and attentive. Their prices are reasonable and they do good work.
