Excellent service. My husband and I went through the awful experience of having our car broken into. Our window was shattered and a big mess was left behind. We called Fast Freddie’s and they were out the same day, had the window in stock, and gave us the best price while handling everything very professionally. Dealing with things like theft can be very tough, but they made the recovery process easy as can be! Thanks to all of you at fast Freddie’s. We will be telling everyone!

Having a broken window is never great and after hearing how high the estimates were to replace the passenger window I was pissed.
Fast Freddie came through with not only the best price, but also the fastest install.
He showed up the next morning, right on time and replaced the window in about half an hour, no mess, no stress, easy and friendly, all around great, still I hope I never have to call him again, but when I do have another glass repair I won’t have to call my entire area to find someone reliable.

Their tech broke the trim moldings on my windshield. He told me he would order the moldings and come back the next day to fix them. They did not show up until two days later to fix the moldings. Once fixed he gave me the invoice which included the cost of the new moldings. I called his manager Rudy who stated «yeah we didn’t tell you ahead of time, but everyone knows that Ford makes the worst moldings and they tend to break». I gave him the option of doing the right thing and not charging me for the moldings of charging me for the moldings and losing my business forever. He chose losing my business forever. Say hi to Rudy if you actually read this and still choose to use them, because your both morons and deserve eachother.

This is the worst service and quality of work I have ever dealt with and seen. They had to come out and fix my windshield four times. After taking four times to repair my windshield they did not put my rear view mirror back on correctly. After four attempts to «fix» my windshield and rear view mirror he never once offered to compensate me for the time and headache his company gave me. His employees are as rude and in-​competed as him. DO NOT use this company you will not be happy with this service or work.

My gf Diane recommended this place to me for she had work done by them in the past. I had a crack in my windshield from a rock a semi had shot out at me on the fwy. It was getting bigger faster & faster by the day. I needed help!
I called Freddie on a Sunday & left a message. I assumed they were closed for I did not recieve a call back til’ the following day (Monday). I met up w/​one of his employees @ my parents house in Chino that morning. Alfredo took care of my windshield like it was nothing & I had a brand new piece of glass before I knew it. He did a great job of informing me what to do & what not to do while the mold was still setting. Prices were decent compared to other repair shops. Check em’ out!
