We called Eary to come out for an inspection and they were able to come out the next day. Andre showed up and was professional, polite, and extremely cordial… not to mention educational about the pests we were dealing with. He took the time to explain everything about the pest, the options for treatment, and what we could expect over the next week.
The pricing was reasonable for what we needed, and he offered to come back the following week for an inspection and retreatmeant, if needed.
Can’t say enough about ‘Andre the Exterminator’. It always a little unsettling when you have a stranger into your home, but Andre was truly fantastic and made us feel so thankful that we called Eary.
If you’re considering an exterminator, you’ll be glad if you call Eary… and ask them to send Andre!

Called Eary to inspect for termites, James and the crew showed up on time, did a through inspection and even found some problems that I never would have noticed.
They were able to do the treatments that same day at a fair price and the current Unilocal deal helped seal the deal.

James is awesome. We are new to CA and had no idea how bad the ants can be in the summer. We were so traumatized by the amount of ants coming into our house every day. James came first thing in the morning the day after we called and even gave us an extra 30 min because we weren’t quite ready for him yet. He was thorough and polite. He even waited for me to return from walking my dogs while he did the indoor treatment because he was concerned that our garage door was still up.
We’ve been ant free for 24 hours! We’ve also decided to go with the quarterly treatments to avoid this in the future. James did not pressure us into future treatments which made us even more happy to use them moving forward. Thank you so much Eary!

This is the second time we used James and Eary Termite & Pest services. We only have great things to say about this company.
Any time we see even a glimpse of ants, we call James. James not only eradicates the ants around the house but he also looks for those colonies to eliminate the source. The first time we used him, he located 5 different colonies around the house.
He will spray the perimeters of the house on the outside and then spray the perimeters of the house inside.
You vacate the house for 2 hours after he’s done and it is safe to go back in.
He also gives you a 6 month warranty. If ants come back, he will come back to treat again.
Great service, easy to contact and responds right away. He comes on time too!
We also referred him to multiple friends because of the great results we saw after treatment.

JoAnne, James, and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have a house in escrow and I’m the buyer. The property had some termite damage. I received a quote from another company, which seemed rather expensive. I purchased the Unilocal deal and called Eary for a second opinon. They saved me close to $ 400! That’s not even the best part about them. The thing that wowed me the most was their superior customer service, going the extra step (which is rare these days). My escrow has been time sensitive. I called in with a ton of questions and JoAnne and James patiently answered all of them. I finally scheduled them for Friday to inspect my property. JoAnne promised the inspector would notify me 30 minutes before arrival so I could notify the tenants and the realtor. James did just that. He called me after the inspection and explained all his findings. I spoke to JoAnne and she said payment is collected upon completion of repairs, which is only fair and right. We scheduled for repairs that Monday morning so long as the owner signed off on the repairs and emailed that paperwork Monday morning prior to starting repairs. An issue arose on Saturday. The seller wanted me to pay the bill before signing off on the approval to do the repairs (so he was not stuck with the bill). Only the inspectors work on the weekends not the staff. I was able to get in touch with James, and he was able to get an employee to come in over the weekend so that I could pay and receive a receipt to provide proof to the owner. I did not want to wait to the last minute and come Monday morning something go wrong since I needed the repairs completed that day. They were able to give me peace of mind, which is priceless and I am grateful for that. Additionally, they said I would get the clearance report on Wednesday but would get it to me by Tuesday evening because they knew it was time sensitive. They did better than that! JoAnne got it to me that Monday afternoon. They under-​promised and over-​delivered! I am building my rental portfolio and am certain I will be using them for all my rental properties.

UPDATE: I was always on guard about termite control companies. Some of the big name ones especially. I worried about the toxicity of the chemicals; about having to leave the house for a few days, decisions about tenting versus spot treatment, about the cost, and especially about prepaid longterm treatment programs… but you have none of these worries with this company.
PROS: This company stands behind their work and their guarantee. James, Andre, and Marcus are fantastic people. They actually listen.
CONS: None. I highly recommend.

I called Eary last minute today noticing I had a few, scary spiders outside my home. The staff over the phone was very polite and informative AND they were able to send someone out the same day. Darrin came to my home and was very professional. He explained the entire process and let me know my dogs would be safe outside after 2 hours from the treatment. He was quick and more than polite when I applied my coupon! I would highly recommend !

Good customer service. Called before arriving and arrived at scheduled time. Andre is cool peeps. Hopefully this gopher goes to a better place in the sky.

2^nd time using this company. They are effective getting rid of insects. I do recommend. James is very professional and offered additional service to our treatment at no additional charge.

The inspector, James, did his inspection of the house including the attic. A couple of days later, I found out that air wasn’t coming out into the bedroom. That’s when i found that the air duct tubing going into that room was damaged. I had to get a AC repairman to come out and replace the damaged part which cost me $ 289. Not professional!

In a nutshell, the people at Eary are just like what is said in the past Unilocal reviews. They are all very kind, fair and down to earth people. That alone was enough to give them my business.
The first time I met James he seemed like someone I had known for years. He explained the termite problem at my house and the plan of attack. Everyone that works there is very respectful and knows what they are doing. In addition, they explain what they will do and the costs thereof. In fact, when James realized there was additional work that needed to be done, which he didn’t realize on his initial inspection, he didn’t charge me extra. Although I hired Eary only for termite damage and wood replacement, he rid my back yard of gophers for FREE. That’s the benefit of dealing with a family owned business.
This family run business goes the extra mile for you. You have to appreciate that. So, reward them for their honesty and sincerity and give them your business. You will not be disappointed.

We chose Eary to fumigate our home because their price and warranty were reasonable and James was extremely thorough and kind in going through the process and answering our questions. The actual service turned out to be wonderful as well. We were nervous about leaving our home unattended and having everything bagged up properly before going away. Eary’s people showed up on time (early actually) and when we returned, everything was completely fine. Not only that, but I actually forgot to bag a few things that they noticed before turning the poison on, and they went ahead and bagged them for us. Awesome service and completely unexpected. They also took care of all the gas stuff (turning on/​off) and made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. Time will tell if the termites are gone but right now we are very happy with our decision to use Eary.

A few weeks ago, subterranean termites started spawning out of the soil n my backyard and swarming up and flying towards my base. It was a scary sight in the morning with at least 100 coming at us.
I am a savvy shopper that almost lives on slickdeals daily, hunting down the best deals.
Being a savvy shopper does not mean that I am cutting corners on my purchases, I merely find the best bang for the buck for the solution that makes the most sense. In this case, I not only got great service and termites eliminated, but I also saved a bunch!
I bought my house 2 years ago and it was inspected then but only had some areas of the house treated locally. No fumigation was done.
When I saw the reviews on Unilocal,I knew I had to give this place a call to atleast get them to come out and give me a free inspection. Call the office and quickly scheduled an appointment. James arrived on time and inspected the house. He noted down where all the trouble spots are and offered me a quote on the spot after doing some measurements of the house. He also answered all of the very technical questions I had after I had already done some research on my own on the pesticides the industry uses.
I compared the quote ($ 2600) versus the $ 5000 Terminix was quoting me, the decision was easy to make. Now I know the difference between an Uric Acid bait station (terminix uses) and Termidor HE (Eary uses) and I went with Eary.
Their tech, Marcus came and did all the drilling and injecting of Termidor HE (stronger than SC) and filled in the holes.
Everything was done in a few hours and we were scheduled for fumigation soon.
The fumigation crew did a good job too as now the dead bodies of spiders and misc bugs are resting in peace outside of my house, belly up.

Well I won’t defame a person on here so let’s just keep it professional. I still have bugs. I seal all of my food and clean my kitchen spotless with bleach and there are still roaches walking amongst us.

This place represents everything good about small business!!! We had a rat who was splitting his time between our garage and our attic, and after some DIY traps proved unsuccessful, we called Eary. Their pricing was competitive, and James came out to our home no less than 6 times before we were able to finally eliminate the problem — apparently it doesn’t usually take that long, but he had to pull out all the stops for this one because it was so wiley. Even though the treatment period took longer and required more devices than he had initially anticipated, they did not tack on extra fees at all.
In all the interactions we had with James and everyone else who we spoke to over the phone, I couldn’t get over just how damn nice and sweet they all were. They were also in constant contact with us, calling every week to check our progress (and comforting me when I was distraught that we hadn’t caught it yet, reassuring me they’d get it no matter what). I found out it’s a family business — which makes me want to support them even more! I hope we don’t have reason to call them in the future, but if I do this is the only place I’ll be calling for help!

I have been using Eary Pest Control for 2 years. I manage over 150 residental units, and they are my go to source for all my extermination needs. They have done termite fumigation, removed bee hives, wasp nest, and taken care of roach infestations.

We started to see a few cockroaches around our garage and decided to have a spray done before the problem escalated. I called at least 6 different pest control companies and Eary had thee best deal for exterior and interior. I purchased the Unilocal deal which was also a great help!
From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, the customer service was phenomenal. The woman I spoke to, didn’t catch her name, was very sweet and informative. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The tech who came out, James, was very professional and nice! He called to let us know he was on his way prior to arriving and he explained the situation to us very well. We left the house for a few hours after he sprayed and returned to no smell or fumes. I did see a dead cockroach outside when i came back, so I knew the treatment worked!

The only concern I had was the lack of communication at the beginning of my fumigation. However Joseph and James quickly addressed my concerns and gave me a real sense of security. They realize that nowadays with social media and similar outlets, that customer satisfaction should be a priority.

It’s that’s dreaded time of the year where ants are crawling from out of our bathroom sinks, walls, etc. My husband had gone to Home Depot and bought a huge bottle of Home Defense and had tried spraying the entire house with it. Still we kept getting ants. I finally went on Unilocal and called Early Pest and termite. I spoke to Andre and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday.
Andre really took his time spraying all over the house and located the ant colony. We immediate saw the reduction in ants right after he left. I was so happy about the service that I also had them do my moms house in Rowland heights.
Great company, very friendly and easy to work with. Best of all it works. We haven’t seen an ant since we had our home serviced and it’s been a month. Would highly recommend!
