Went in and tried Clean for Less based on Unilocal reviews.
I’d have to agree BEST CLEANERS around. I’m sooooooo impressed with their service and results.
I went and dropped off a comforter that I feared I had stained and ruined. I honestly did not expect it could be saved. But I thought I’d try.
Nancy was great and super friendly!!! She gave me realistic expectations, and said she would try her best. She worked her magic and got the stain out. The stain ended up being lipstick, which is not easy to remove without spreading the stain. For $ 33, they saved me having to buy a whole new comforter.
I’m so amazed and thoroughly impressed. Clean for Less has gained a customer for life. I will recommend them to all my family and friends or anyone looking for a great cleaner and awesome friendly service. Nancy, you are the BEST!!!

Best dry cleaners by far. From service to how nice the clothes is when picked up. They count the clothes when they receive it in front of you and when you pick it up so you know you got everything. I love it here

AHH! RUINED MY DRESS?!
I have to «waste» my hundredth review on THIS?!

I came to pick up my items and my dress got ruined.
The colors were faded. The black ran onto the white.
For me to go tonight after 5 pm to go get another dress for my business meeting by my 6am flight is almost impossible.
I’m furious that she still tried to charge me full price.
Then tried to get me to pay full price minus one dress
WHAT?!
AFTER A ruined dress?!
I’m not happy about their «recovery»
Am I asking **too much** to expect compensation for beautiful dress that will be HARD to replace?
At least give me complimentary dry cleaning just this once?! Sheesh!!!

BEST DRY CLEANER EVER! I would drive 30 miles to get this kind of service and ability to clean my coat. My white wool coat had spots all over it that would never come out no matter what I did. For $ 13 she cleaned it and every spot was removed. It is amazing! So cheap and so good!
I also overheard another customer who was called 4 different times to remind him that his clothes were left at the cleaner for 2 years! Yes, that is 2 years. The owner did not throw them away but instead kept them until he returned. Now that is customer service! The lady is amazing!

They took care of my Cal King comforter (I forgot to put a diaper on my sleeping baby… oops), and laundered it for me. It had buttons sewn on it, and all the buttons were still attached when I picked it up!

Thanks to Unilocal,I’ve now brought a number of items here for dry cleaning and/​or press. Have not brought anything to be laundered. Haven’t brought any rush jobs either.
They take credit cards without any hassle or complications. I’ve run into problems with trying to use credit card at other places.
With that in mind… I’m happy to report so far so good. The lady that owns it is Korean… She is so friendly and nice.

While I appreciate the service here (very friendly!), my gripe is that they don’t dry clean on Fridays, after 10 am, and Saturdays are for drop off/​pick up only. I suppose it does get pricey to clean every single day, but for those that need a quick weekend turnaround, those days off don’t work so well.
I’ll still be coming here… but just when I’m not in a rush for the dry cleaning.

This cleaners is the best little secret in Chino. The owners are always cheerful and pleasant. There work is impeccable and timely, if you need your things sooner they will work it out for you.
They also accept the discount cleaner card which makes their prices great.
