Awesome service! I had 4 car remote/​keys programmed with them (2 for a 2013 Toyota Corolla and 2 for a 2015 Mazda CX-​9). They completed the programming of the chips, cutting the keys and programming the buttons without a problem. Not only was the service great… But it cost substantially less than any other locksmith in the area. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Had 10:00 appointment and they showed at 1:00. Other than that everything went pretty smooth. The installer was able to install 5 out of 6 locks. He thought one part was defective, took it back to Huntington Hardware and they explained how the part worked. Finished the last lock myself. Very reasonable prices. Would call them again.

Best locksmith hands down very happy with the job the gentleman did. B & B was on-​time and professional explaining there work as they did it. Price was reasonable for the work he did, I felt comfortable and even though I don’t want to call a locksmith again :). If I have a need I will call B & B again.

I called 20 minutes before I showed up asking if they made motorcycle key copies the guy said what type if bike I told him he then said yeah I have them for no more than $ 3 a piece… so I jump on my bike took me 20 mins to get there and he said they were $ 6 a copy and he was out… I said ” that’s funny I just called a while ago and you said you had them and for no more than $ 3″ he made up some bs. waste of my damn time bro. No I’m not going back tomorrow. Even if he had them I would have not bought it for $ 6 a piece you sound dumb bro. Never again.

I called in the morning for an afternoon appointment to rekey two locks for a tenant occupied property. The locksmith met me there promptly when he said he would, and was done with the rekeying of two locks in about 15 minutes. I will definitely use B&B again. Great service for a fair price!

We are in the process of remodeling, we bought new door hardware for 11 doors. Massive project! We needed the new locks to be keyed the same so we hired B & B for the job. The best part was, when we asked if they also would install the hardware on each door, they said Yes! So for an extra cost, all the hardware is professionally installed and it looks beautiful. And my husband and I are still married! LOL
I also learned that if you want new door hardware, which is something different than what Home Depot or Lowes offers and you have an idea what you like, they can order it for you!

I came to B&B lock and security to get my 2003 honda civic lock/​key fixed. Other places were charging me almost $ 350 but B&B charged me way less! Chris not only helped me but showed me exactly what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Nothing but great service, so glad I came across them

After moving to another house i lost my key and spare key for my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Motorcycle the only thing i had was the key tag number i got from dealer when purchased. so i went to the dealer trying to get another key i figured it would be simple. well they told me i had to take that key tag to a Locksmith and they should be able to make me another. well i searched and searched not many Locksmiths make Motorcycle keys. i found this place by searching Unilocal,thank God i did they gave me an excellent price very nice professional people and worked with me till the got the key perfect. wish every business was like this. i will definitely be using them in the future great service great attitude A+++

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I had a couple door locks on my vehicle that weren’t working properly. The guy who helped me was EXTREMELY fast in finding the exact problem and fixing the issue. Even went above and beyond by fixing a broken mount for one of my door locks… if not, it would have cost me a lot more $ to replace the mount with a factory part. He also checked out all of my vehicle’s locks very thoroughly to ensure they all worked properly. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and VERY HELPFUL he was. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place in the future.

Submitted a couple of messages online thru their website asking for a callback for an appointment. Was told their website was having issues hence nobody got the messages.
So while on the phone with some guy, I schedule an appointment for next business day after 1pm. They would call me before arriving at my house. No call, no show. And it’s been over a week.
This Unilocal rating is getting ridiculous. 5 star for such awesome service? Dont think so.

I had an issue with my car’s door lock. My key would get jammed & wouldn’t turn to unlock. I took it to a specialist for my type of car & they said it would cost $ 200+ to replace. They weren’t even going to try to fix it. They wanted to replace the lock & charge me more to get it matched to my key. I called B&B & they gave me 2 options: bring the car in & they’d remove the lock & fix it for about $ 80 or remove the lock myself, bring it in & they’d fix it for $ 25. It only took 10 minutes. They knew exactly what the issue was & they provided great, friendly service while they handled it!

Awesome place. I thought it’d be moderately pricey to cut my STi key. But they cut it in less than 30-​seconds and it cost me only $ 2. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs help with anything key-​related.

So I needed a replacement key for my tonneau cover and I could not locate the lock maker anywhere on the Internet. It did have a key code so I looked on eBay and there they were all over just to be ordered. I ended up and ordered the keys last week. I received them today and unfortunately for me they did not work. I then located a local locksmith and once I stopped in to their facility they had no idea what key they could use to make it work. With all the keys on the wall how could someone know which key might work? So that locksmith referred me to B&B here in Chino. I thought for sure I was wasting my time again but what the heck, it was only down the street.
Once I arrived I met Steven he immediately started to help me. While Steven was looking for a key that would work Ryan said let me see what you got. Ryan immediately said a Nissan X5 or X7 key will work. So Steven pulled the key blanks and X7 was the correct key wei. I said to Ryan «So you think that is the right key?» Ryan says back «I know it is, I have been doing this a long time». So Steven cuts the key and goes out to my truck to test and it WORKED!!! I am AMAZED on how Ryan could just look at a key and call it out and be so confident that it was the correct one with hundreds of different blanks and styles on the wall.
I would never imagine in a million years that a key made for a Nissan would work on my tonneau cover lock.
