Came back to check it out and still dirty and outdated inside. Hey owner, invest in some paint and new bar area! Still has last years Angels schedule covering up a broken mirror on the cooler door. You need to spend money sometimes to make money! This isn’t the only place to have drinks in Chino Hills anymore !! Not coming back until this dive gets cleaned up!

Shamrocks is a hidden gem for me for so many reasons. It’s a great dive bar for locals with a lot of friendly faces. The drinks are pretty reasonably priced which is always a plus.
Some nights they have music playing and a few people will hit the dance floor. Some nights they have karaōke which I also enjoy listening to. All in all the vibe here is always good. I love that the bartenders are friendly and welcoming.
Overall if you’re looking for a chill place to go for drinks then shamrocks is it!

I asked the bartender to make 3 Scooby snacks. A fairly easy shot to make. Pretty sure the whipped cream was expired /​gross. Plus the «bouncer» was a creep to say the least. Sorry to say, I’ll never be back.

I’ll make comparisons to Hollywood clubs/​bars. It’s located in a suburban low-​end mall? Located in the same spot is a Big Lots and $.99 store. Inside there are games, tables, and a bar. Through a doorway is the performance area. There is a bar there too, but it wasn’t stocked. Ordering drinks and food is easy, it just takes a while. At times there was only one person handling everything. Now the good parts, no cover charge, moderately priced food (good tasting, as well). And the biggest shocker of all, I ordered a non-​alcoholic beer because of my long drive, and they asked for $ 2.75. Huh?, I was preparing for the $ 7 that I get charged downtown! In all, bands were good, food was good, drink prices were great.

At the end of the night, bouncer decided that, while «off the clock» he would try to physically intimidate patrons of the bar to leave. Once the police were called, him and his possy backed off and acted like everything was okay. Obviously an establishment that is out for money and not truly welcoming. Do NOT come here if you are looking to relax and have a good time.

Sunday football suks… bartender is rude n crude but bartenders on Taco Tuesday are great!!! Everyday but Sunday service great security great always but Sundays turn me off from this bar… Sundays worst place ever go unless u want to get treated like crap n told how n when you’d like drink… how does such a great place have someone out to ruin peoples Sunday Cuz she can wtf…

This is a great dive bar. Drink prices are fair, some nights they have karaōke, they have pool tables, basically a good all around place.

This is my favorite bar to go to in the Chino/​Chino Hills area. All of my friends gather here weekly, and for a good reason too. Shamrocks is filled with good people! They treat their customers very well. Its nice to come in and see friendly familiar faces. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so. I also love the way they handle and unruly customers. They keep this bar safe and problem free which I love! Thanks guys!

We booked an afternoon party this past Saturday for my husband birthday and they were so accommodating and totally cool about it and awesome! Our bartender T was so cool and made really good drinks and was on top of things and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. We ordered sampler platters and they were really good. We will be going back to watch football for sure! This place is way better than Roscoes in terms of big parties. Even left my phone there and she had kept it for me till I got it.

I went here for the first time and thought it was a cool place to chill and have a few beers. The bouncers aren’t friendly but the beer is great!

Went for the first time last night, The wings were delicious, they made them extra crispy with the sauce one the side, which isn’t bad having the ability to decide how much I would like to coat my wing with.
The drinks were great, well mixed.
Staff super friendly and kept good timing there wasn’t much of wait on any of orders.

0 stars if I could. John was the most disrespectful bouncer I’ve ever encountered. Turned us down because they «weren’t letting anyone else in, short staff, and were over capacitated» but literally let 10 people after us go in. And inside and patio were not even close to being full. I will never be back. They let 2 girls and 2 guys go in literally 5 minutes after us and After we confronted him about it said «oh they just got off work» which is complete bullshit. They were at Roscoes with us right before we came there. I was with a group willing to spend a lot of money, guys and mostly girls, I’ve never been so disrespected in my life and I’ve been to many bars. His actions and also his rude comments he was saying to us were unacceptable. He also said «yeah you should complain to management»
And we apparently talked to another bouncer outside that was «management» and said «its 1am no ones going to spend money here.» When there were 6 of us ready to buy drinks & shots. LOL bye shamrocks… Horrible bar. 100% Do not waste your money or time. Or as the disrespectful bouncer that lost shamrocks hundreds of dollars would say «bye «bye «ugh bye «

Guinness on Tap… AND Scotch!!! Blackhawks on the TV… Nikki rocked the bar and was very attentive. The food was outstanding as well. Everyone there was really friendly… Good times.

Great venue to play in. Of course, I had the best FOH tech there and it went really well. The eats were good and the taps were plenty. Fun locals. We’ll see you all real soon.

Girls just want to have !!

My family & I used to be weekly regulars, they used to let us sample a new beer before buying a full glass, & we would always buy a few glasses & appetizers to boot. A few weeks ago a new waitress told us that they don’t let people sample beers, that it’s too expensive?! We left right away, we took our business elsewhere & have no intention of ever coming back.

Always a go-​to spot with my friends, friendly staff, awesome Taco Tuesday, and karaōke is soooo fun regardless of your skills or lack thereof. The live music is always great and I heard that Saturday nights have no cover charge. Always a good time!

So I stumbled upon this pub after I ate an amazing bday dinner and from the outside it looked pretty decent. We went in and it was a pretty nice setup with pool tables a nice size bar and a couple of dart games. Luckily when I went it wasn’t too crowded but on a good nite it looks like it would be packed! All in all it was a pretty nice bar for a couple of bday drinks!

Will someone please explain to me why they wouldn’t let my husband in wearing a classic LA Dodgers hat (we are in Chino Hills), but they’d let another guy in wearing his LA Kings hat? Super ridiculous. Even the bouncer said so. Other than that, the drinks were strong and the music was good– except for the karaōke on a Sat night. Meh.

I’m going to upgrade my negative review to a somewhat positive review. I stumbled back in here after I swore I’d never return.
I was getting a tire repaired across the street and wanted to watch some NFL games.
This place is set up nicely for the Sunday morning NFL package. All the games were on. Not too crowded but the fans in there were a lot of fun. They don’t have a breakfast menu but the hickory burger was a pretty good substitute for breakfast at 10am. Also very good are the Bloody Mary’s and the onion rings are better than most.
I’m may be a little old for this place during the peak hours at night. So I will stay clear. But this may become my new NFL Sunday morning spot.
