Frank and Peter are the best. I highly recommend you to bring any computer or apple products to them for repair. They are quick and very reasonable. Ask Peter for a demonstration of the amazing Amazon Echo. I was amazed in how fast Alexa responds back with and answer, almost as fast as frank does when you ask him a computer question. Go by and say hi tell them Jeff said hello.

Peter and his team are very giving, professional, and skilled in what they do. You can just tell that they go the extra mile to really help their customers. Although my computer was unsalvageable, they were honest, charged me a very fair price for hard drive replacement, and spent so much extra time with diagnosing the problem. I would recommend this team highly for their skill and knowledge, and even more for their service, heart, and character.

I have been going to this computer repair store since I moved to Chino Hills that would be 7 years now. I have such confidence in these awesome computer wizards, and not to mention their excellent customer service. Not only is my 2005 desk top running perfect but I purchased an awesome laptop too. You can’t beat the price for such a great piece of equipment. I am so happy and I will continue to attend this store.

i don’t take my computers anywhere else. weather it’s upgrading my pc or fixing power jacks on my laptop (actually weld work) these guys are true professionals.

Been here a couple of times due to PC issues. Peter has been wonderful to deal with. Never felt
like he was trying to take advantage of the situation. Always got my problem fixed within 30 minutes and felt comfortable knowing I paid for quality service at a great price.

They were very helpful right from the start, and they replaced my MacBook Pro’s hard drive in an hour and a half!!! The price was very satisfying to hear instead of buying a new one :) I definitely recommend it here

Called in before going to store to check if they had any internal hard drives for sale. They were able to give me a internal hard drive 1TB for only 25 $!!! It was used but they showed me in the store that it was completely operational. Not only that they also checked my hard drive I brought in and were able to confirm/​showed me it was fried. On top of that their customer service was amazing and gave me and my wife both complimentary free bottled waters!!!

Have been here twice in the past year. Once to get my laptop screen replaced, and more recently to have my monitor repaired.
Excellent service and work on both occasions, with lowest charges to have the laptop screen replaced, and no charges for the monitor repair (turned out the monitor was working fine, no charges for the inspection/​tests).
Very knowledgeable and skillful team, with strong focus on getting the work done with lowest cost and high quality.

Having struggled with my laptop for 2 days, then searching for a trusted shop, I decided to give a chance to Quality Plus and never regretted it.
First, no charges for diagnostics!
Second — very reasonable pricing — much less than expected and quoted by some other shops. No hidden fees or hidden agenda.
Third — I dropped my laptop at 2:30 PM and had it ready on the same evening.
I have dealt with Derek — a very nice and friendly fellow.
