This place is awesome!!! Had a kill switch malfunction preventing my car from starting and couldn’t find the darn unit to take out. Brought it here and within an hour they had the entire thing out. Not to mention you need an appointment to get work done but we’re able to squeeze me in. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an alarm installed or uninstalled. They know their stuff, thanks guys

I have previously installed top end exotic sound systems in all my cars including a classic Mercedes, Porsche, Cobra and SUV. After consulting with the owner of Precision Sound, Darryl, they installed a sound system in my Prius that is the best sound I have ever experienced. It is a virtual sound lab. I commute from Chino Hills to Beverly Hills three times per week and consider the investment a very wise decision. Precision Sound did what they said they would and when they would do it. It is a top expert installation that I highly recommend to anyone without hesitation. Daryll’s recommendations were excellent. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Went in late Saturday for a new head unit. Danny helped me pick one out. He even squeezed in the install same day. After the install, there was an issue with the bass cutting out on my subs. Even though they were about to close, Danny worked to resolve the issue after hours. This was greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service like this will keep me coming back. The prices are not the cheapest in town, but these guys are helpful and know what they are doing.
Well a week later the vocals completely cut out. They had me reset the head unit and all was well for a few more weeks, then it happened again. This time resetting it didn’t work. Went back in, they tested the head unit and was going bad. They didn’t have the same model in stock, but made it right by getting me another model that I liked. Received a follow up call as well to make sure I wasn’t experiencing the same problem again. Good customer service. Will definitely be a return customer.

I recommend this place to anyone. They are so helpful and will accommodate you no matter how busy they are. I got HID lights on my car and every time there is a problem with it Daryl and his team always help me fix it without an appt. The team here is very knowledgable and gets things done in a timely matter. I have never waited longer than what they told me.

Santa and Precision Sound hooked up my Three Boys with two 52″ curved light bars, 42″ light bar, two 6″ Rigid Cubes and Alarm … One word — «Legit» — custom installs become even more custom as the Guys had to remove old/​Mickey rigged install jobs from inferior shops/​techs/​Dealership. By far hands down the best experience and best customer service I have ever experienced! Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the system I purchased. I went in there with a busted amp and sub that I got burned on not knowing it was broken. So when I came to pick up my car he gave me bad news. But in the end he ended up hooking me up with a brand new set up two twelves and a 400 watt amp that he was running a deal on. Since I was expecting to pick up my car I had to wait an hour or so for them to finish the install. They busted it out so quick it didn’t feel like an hour at all, and Nicole was awesome and a cool chic to talk to to pass the time. She deserves a raise for sure! Long story short mike and his team did an amazing job and I left more than satisfied. 10 stars! 5 thumbs up! Amazing people. They were willing to work with me even though I felt like I was such a hassle. So glad I went to precision sound and will be returning for sure! Very disappointing experience! Went to have 4 new speakers installed today it took them over 3 hours! Isn’t this a stereo place? They told me 2 hours, then 25 more minutes oh wait another 25… Totally ridiculous! They quoted me one price, oh wait we don’t have those speakers! I should have turned around and left… Now there is a distortion sound! I have to go back… Too bad for me, oh wait… Too bad for them! Ps… They never even thanked me for spending $ 250 bucks! Rude, horrible service! Don’t go here… Find another place, I should have!

Super happy customer I am. In yoda form. I had some work done by 2 other stereo shops, both places were more install than configure. Turns out cars are giant speakers, and tuning is essential, otherwise you end up with $ 1500 and a shit sounding system. My original ask was what was wrong with how the system sounded. The owner didn’t push me to buy any new electronics, just to tune up what I currently already had, prove his experience towards understanding the acoustics & electronics. This guy is a no
. He will give you the time of day, he will answer your concerns, and he will flex his technical jargon mono-​e-​mono to proove to you that he can & will meet & exceed your expectations. I spent a lot of money on gear for my car, all of which was not tuned, and now it sounds like a completely different system which I’m super stoked about. Just because a shop puts it into your car and it turns on doesn’t mean the installation is done, it’s only just begun, and if they don’t make it sound right. I would definitely recommend him in the future. Just remember people, you gotta have some patience when you go in here, there are other people who have the same feelings you do about customer service, so chill, take a number, and be happy when you get exceptional results at the end of day. Otherwise you end up like me, $ 1700, 4 months in, and only just now did I get the sound quality I originally thought and expected to get. Darryl G (owner), Thanks for making my day Sir. Excellent service all around Darrell and Danny are fantastic got my wife’s pilot LED lights installed we love it plan on taking my Accord later to get the led lights installed. I highly recommend this place for your electronics for your vehicle.

Bonus they repaired my auto door locks for a third the price the dealer was going charge me.

I just picked up my 1987 VW Westfalia pop-​top camper after Precision Sound installed an iPhone 6 sound/​charging/​multiple power solution. I have used this company several times in the past five years and they have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. This latest installation was elegant. I highly recommend these people and from my experiences with them, can not understand why all their ratings are not five star.

I have no clue if my car has an existing harness for d radio i purchased so i was originally being charged for it but when they found out my car has an existing one alrdy they told me right away and its was removed from my invoice… hard to find an honest place nowadays.

I’ve been having these guys work on my cars since 2005, and they are one of the very best custom car audio shops in the area. And by area, I mean Southern California.
The owner Darryl is honest and knows his business. They’ve worked on two of my cars, and they’ve been willing to work with me — and give me ideas when I had no idea what I wanted on either one. They’ve installed Dynamat-​ting (sound proofing for a noisy car), amps, headends, speakers, custom speak enclosures, led lights, and worked pretty hard to make this customer happy. They also are one of the few shops to carry and install ceramic car window tinting, which is great in the SoCal summer sun. Tip: have them also clear tint your windshield. You’ll thank me next June.
They can be pretty busy sometimes, so if you’re serious about your car audio, go in for a visit. Talk to them, ask some questions, let them show you what they’ll be doing, and schedule a time to do the work. Help them to help you.
If you spend hours stuck in LA traffic, a little bit of time invested in your audio system will pay off big. I’ve left cars there for several days, and nothing has ever gone missing. Not a penny. They are good people.
