My fiancé and i come here for all our comfort needs. Lina is very nice and always makes time. My fiancé likes to stop in at least once a week for acupuncture it has been extremely helpful

Hard working individuals, decent for a no appointment required type of place. Be aware this is the Asian style massage places, where if you choose the foot option without a private room, you may be disturbed by noise from the outside as people walk by or the door opens. Since I love foot massages, I’m a regular here.

Just left Massage Heaven. Requested 2 females for my boyfriend and I. When we showed up they put us in our room then came in and said there was only 1 female available so I said a male was okay. He was very inappropriate and made me extremely uncomfortable several times. I have had probably over 100+ massages and have never experienced this. My boyfriend told the manager and she did not seem interested in what he had to say. I have been going here for months and will return. I will report this business and I hope you decide on find another place to get a massage at after reading this.

Have you ever been to a restaurant out in the SGV? Where the food is amazing but the service is ok at best? Foot Heaven is your comparable massage destination. I waited 3 mins before being greeted. My Unilocal offer was handled by a non english speaking attendant who had to call a translator on her cell. My Unilocal offer did not include the details indicating it was for a first time visit and by appt only. I felt apprehensive about my massage after such a confusing customer experience. Thankfully Eric did a great job with the 60 min full body massage. He has pinpoint accuracy finding knots and working muscle fibers out. You have to come here knowing what you’re going to get. Excellent massage, good intent and tricky communication.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! kind of difficult to tell them what kind of service you would like when not one worker speaks any English, I asked for a simple back massage and had to tell them 4 more time JUST A BACK MASSAGE!!! they try to do a full body massage for more $, after the torcher was done they all huddled around me when I pulled my wallet out, and they all started talking in there own language, that is so rude, people if you own a business in America then you need to take a class on English and manors!!!

Not a bad massage for the money. I did feel a little strange as they didn’t seem to speak much English so nothing’s explained… It just happens to you. My advice would be to call ahead and be very clear on what you want and how much it is and who is going to be touching you, man or woman.

The person administering the massage was a male. He didn’t listen to anything I requested. It appeared as though he was just passing time rubbing my back in a lifeless fashion.
Upon leaving he was extremely rude to me saying that I should tip more. I said I would tip more if the massage was better. Then I said, «next time…» He cut me off and said «there will be no next time.» This prompted me to join Massage Heights, where I’m happy every visit!

My son-​in-​law gave me a gift certificate with no expiration date from this place 2 years ago. Last year I used a portion of it and had a balance of $ 30. 2 months ago I went in for an hour foot massage and the owner gave me a hard time with the gift certificate. I tried to see it from a business standpoint but can’t understand why she refused to honor it. I tried to reason with her and she agreed to let me use $ 20 of it and said the rest of the $ 10 is expired.
The quality of the massage has gone down and she does not have enough ‘therapists’ so she has to do the massages too. That makes her unpleasant. I don’t know why she engages in something she doesn’t like.
Not becoming of a heavenly experience.

The Unilocal check-​in deal makes this place a great deal and the staff are really professional and polite. They don’t speak English very well, so I believe you’ll get better service if you speak even a bit of Chinese. I was a bit upset that they demanded a certain amount for tips the last time, which they hadn’t before. I’ve also come here a once or twice where they finished 10ish minutes before the full hour, but I didn’t notice until I left. All in all, I’d still come back for a cheap and effective massage (which hurts a bit!), but not the best I’ve been to.

I found out about Foot Heaven from my insurance company. They referred me to Lina for acupuncture and she is amazing! I have seen her three times now and she has a customer for life. She is professional and kind. Lina listens and addresses my issues. She is also accommodating with appointments. Thank you Lina for taking such good care of me!

This place is WAY better than previous reflexology spots I’ve been to. For $ 20 you get a full body massage. I like how this place is more intimate. It’s capable of only seating about 6 people. The chairs are comfortable. They even take you to another room with massage tables to work on your back! If you are someone who does not like a lot of pressure be sure to let the person working on you know. I was very impressed with my experience today

This was my first massage and it was okay. I felt pretty much the same as I came in.
The ambiance was very clam and quiet. There were only 2 people working there. I had the lady work on me. At first everything was fine, then she started to use hard pressue on the back of my foot and then when I went into the room, she used her elbows on my back. That shit hurts!

I used to like this place. Not anymore. I asked for an hour foot massage. 60 mins. I started at 3.10pm and the lady finished my massage at 3.55pm. I told her I came in at 3pm, started at 3.10pm and she insisted I started at 3 and she said I forgot. Really?
If the owner reads this and want to explain this or message me, please do. It’s not right when I paid for an hour foot massage and only had 45mins.

Staff was very nice! Made me feel very relaxed and serene for my massage. Came on a Saturday around 2pm, waited for half an hour and was done by 3:40. Will definitely return and ask for Lina. After the massage, remember to ask for warm water and wear some socks for a few hours afterwards to detox and truly help your health!

I arrived on a Sunday evening, which was a big mistake because the Chinese or Vietnamese restaurant next door was louder than hell. There was Asian people waiting outside for the restaurant and I knew this might cause my massage experience to go down to the toilet. Nonetheless, I gave it a chance because I had already arrived.
The massage place is a bit small. There is approximately 6 massage chairs which are close together. The lady, who I believe is the manager provided me with the foot massage. Just like any other foot massage place, they start with your head, shoulders, arms and then the feet. The lady used latex gloves… Problem number 1. Did I say just like any other foot massage place? Yes, I did because in the area of Chino/​Chino Hills, I’m starting to see a trend on wearing latex gloves for the foot massages. I don’t know why that is. I don’t have corn on my feet by the way.
