Enterprise Heating and Air Conditioning

Called «Steve» at 4 pm, told him my heater wasn’t coming on. He offered a 6pm appointment, same day. Arrived on time, clean, personable and a he is a local. He found the problem, showed me what he found, repaired it quickly and didn’t do the upsell of un needed repairs. btw, I called several others and they weren’t available for several days, plus their service fee was much higher!
I’m really pleased I looked locally for a repair business.
Use this business. He had the best service fee, and he was honest! You’ll be pleased.

Steve seemed to be fair in his pricing. He was very clear on what the problem was and efficient taking care of it. He is also very personable.

If you want an honest, conscientious and reliable H&A service this is the company to call. My heater went out or at least I thought it did. When Steve came by he quickly found the problem with the control panel and was able to offer me a great deal on the new one. Had the same kind of service about 2 years ago when I had a minor a/​c problem. No bs, no attempt to overcharge just come over and do the job. Highly recommend.

It is really nice to have the opportunity to provide such positive feedback on a professional service. We had a terrible incident with our A/​C that caused extensive water damage. Steve, with Enterprise came promptly, unclogged the lines, explained we could have a shut off float for the overflow pan, subsequently installed the float with a new overflow pan. Steve also replaced all our ducts in a very cramped attic, using quality materials and secure connections. He was gracious in coordinating the work with the crew that replaced our attic insulation. While working in the attic he found the furnace had not been installed correctly and offered to tape around the bottom to reduce loss of air. Steve takes pride in his work, is personable as well as professionally competent and his bids are fair with the work completed in a timely manner.
