Service above and beyond. My A/​C pump blew up at the peak of the heat wave in August. Dan came out the next day at 8:30 PM to inspect my AC (his schedule was jammed). He ordered the part and installed it just as my out-​of-​town guest drove up for a week-​long stay. Perfect service, perfect timing, very reasonable price, and nonstop service. I recommend Dan to everyone, without reservation.

My landlord contracted with Daniel Bastas to install a new air conditioning until on the roof of the condo. Daniel at first appeared very professional. The install took longer than expected, but he and I were both patient and understanding. That was last year. Now the unit isn’t working properly, experiencing the same issues the old unit had. My landlord tried unsuccessfully to contact him but I ended up getting thru to him and set an appointment. I texted and called twice to confirm the appointment but of course, he fails to show up. Now he’s not answering my calls.
