Dr. Johnson is amazing, I remember when coming to see him when he first opened his chiropractic office. I went in to see him today after 7 years of on and off pain. Dr. Johnson is very patient, and through. I am glad I decided to come back and see Dr. Johnson

I’ve been going to Dr. Johnson and his entourage of professionals for 4+ years now and I still have only positive things to say about Dr. Johnson and his co. He’s very meticulous about his approach to treating patients and that’s what set’s him apart from the rest. I entrusted my whole family, all involved in sports, in Dr. Johnson’s care. His compound approach to adjustments and massage therapy has helped me not only prevent injuries but also recover from pretty severe ones while lifting some heavy weights.
I’ve noticed couple negative reviews for Dr. Johnson and noticed a common factor in all the negative reviews… Dr. Johnson’s team had nothing to do with it. Let’s put it into perspective, Monica S. gave Norms in Pico Rivera 1 star just because they don’t take phone orders, other wise she claims she would have given them 5 stars. What kind of a bi-​polar troll is she? You have another woman who gave Dr. Johnson 1 star because her useless insurance didn’t approve her for certain benefits within the time she wanted it approved. Entitled much? Get over yourselves ladies, it was a long time ago that we discovered you weren’t the center of the universe.

Dr. Tommy Johnson is awesome. Very nice guy and extremely professional. I have issues with migraines and he works his magic to help minimize them. I strongly recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE. I went in for a consultation, said I needed to get an ultrasound to see what was wrong with me. Scheduled appointment, tech was not there so I had to reschedule again. Finally had my appointment, NEVER once received a call on the status of the report. I didn’t call either since the pain went away on its own. I guess he didn’t really need my business till I saw how many times he billed my insurance.
Really $ 4575.00??? This is insane. This is why chiropractors have such a bad rap. I never even received any treatment and I am get charged almost $ 5k. This is robbery. Oh and the CPT code used to charge me was «fragmenting of kidney stone». WTH? Exam to head/​neck/​spine. I went in for arm pain. This shows how disorganized this office is. He probably charged the wrong patient.

The adjustments are simple n smooth –NOT WWF moves. He cares about the total body health. My previous Chiro retired n I went thru 4 other doctors who just took my money and did nothing but throw me around on a table an not even help me up. A friend recommended Advanced Chiropractic as I was looking for someone who had a drop down table. Like my previous doc.
I’m walking and feel great because of great chiropractic care. Dr Johnson provides just that. He REALLY cares!

I started seeing him for my migraines that I use to get about 2 – 3 times a month. Since seeing him I can honestly say I only get one about ever other month and for the most part they are manageable. I no longer have to pollute my body with drugs to take away the migraine and the pain associated with migraines!

Dr. Tommy Johnson is amazing! I started seeing him over two years ago after my daughter was born as I had a back injury going into the pregnancy that had never resolved. I have shown up 3 — 4 times with the same injury so bad that I could barely walk. After adjustment and some ice, it resolves nearly 80% within a day. Since getting into a routine of seeing him once a month, I’ve not had the injury recur.
On top of that, I mentioned that my wrist had been causing me pain for months and a quick adjustment there had that feeling better.
As if that isn’t enough, my now 2 ½ year old daughter attends most sessions with me and he not only puts up with her but engages her in conversation while he adjusts me, the last conversation being about her dinosaur toys.

I used to be a dancer and suffered many injuries and just pretty much am all messed up but Dr Johnson is amazing gets me in ASAP and has helped me so much with all my problems and he genuinely cares about his patients.

Very skilled chiropractor and massage therapist. In two weeks they have me feeling about 60% better from a sciatic pain. I have been to many massage therapist and chiros before and this practice is friendly and absolutely on point. The doc took xrays and showed me where the problems were and showed me what he wanted to do along with a very detailed summary of how the spine and muscles surrounding work. Very happy with my choice.

Terrible experience. Was in excruciating pain and called to make an appointment with Dr. Johnson. I was looking forward to the visit since dr. johnson had so many positive reviews. It all started with waking up with a stiff neck. I let it go for a few days but was in pain. I called the office to schedule an appointment and Julie answered. She asked me for my insurance information so she could call and check for my benefits. I called the office back a couple hours later to confirm my visit would be covered. I asked Julie what my visit would consist of, she said a free consultation and I could possibly need x rays depending on the consultation. I asked her the doctor could work on my neck and back the same day and she said yes. I was in so much pain and couldn’t move my neck. I didn’t have any previous injuries. My husband had to leave work early so that I could make my appointment. (Usually I have to pickup my son from the sitters) I was looking forward to the visit because I thought my pain would be relieved. After talking to Dr. Johnson for 10 minutes he said I needed x rays and that he couldn’t do anything until I got x rays. I asked if my insurance covered the x rays and he sent me back to his clerk Julie. Julie said I would have to pay 125.00 for the x rays so that he could help me with my neck/​upper back stiffness. Keep in mind I was in pain and couldn’t believe that Julie failed to check my benefits to see if my x rays were covered through HMO. She said my insurance claims department was closed and she would have to call in the morning, she said she could call in the morning and I could come back tomorrow. She also stated that I needed to wait 5 days for my family doctors referral. She said I might be covered for x rays through my level 2 benefits. I was already irritated and called my insurance company. They told me I wasn’t covered through PPO only HMO. Julie assumed they were closed and only attempted to call after I asked her if she had tried calling. I left in pain, irritated and wasted me time. The worse part was that my husband had to leave work early so that I could get relief and I wasn’t even able to get any help. Dr. Johnson didn’t even touch or look at my neck or upper back, he didn’t seem too concerned. I went to the ER the next morning because I was getting unbearable muscle spasms. I had to call out of work and go to the ER. I told them the chiropractor said I needed x rays. The ER doctor and nurse said I didn’t need x rays. So basically I visited the ER for no reason plus I had to pay a co pay for going to the hospital. I called another chiropractor in the area and told him my story and the bad experience I had the previous day. He asked me if I had any previous injuries from a car accident or fall and when I told him no he told me over the phone that I didn’t need x rays and said I could come right over for some treatment. After leaving his office I felt much better and my spasms went away immediately. My neck was still inflamed but I felt much better the next day from what dr. Garcia did to help me. He is very personable and made sure I felt comfortable. Really nice and knowledgable doctor! His practice is in upland. I do not recommend dr. johnson seems like he is only in it for your money!

As long time believers in the benefits of chiropractic care I can honestly say that Dr. Tommy Johnson is the BEST chiropractor our family has ever experienced. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now. He provides quality care in a comfortable atmosphere. His only goal as our Dr. is to assist us in living the healthiest life possible. He does have wonderful massage therapist but he has NEVER suggested, let alone forced us, to see them before an adjustment. He is more than fair in his fees as well. We feel a debt of gratitude to Dr. Johnson for his compassionate and sincere approach to chiropractic care.

I was in a car accident over the summer and had heard great reviews about Dr. Johnson. I drove straight to his office and I am so thankful I did! I had lower back pain, mid back pain and daily headaches. Dr. Johnson is extremely knowledgable, professional and patient. His adjustments were always specific to my ailments and before I knew it, I felt like a brand new person! He truly is a miracle worker. Every week that I was in his office, I would hear other patients singing his praises with stories of relief. I truly appreciate Dr. Johnson, Cathy (massage therapist) and Julie for making every appointment a great experience.

I went to see Dr. Johnson because I had excruciating pain running from my lower back down my right leg. It bothered me at every level of my day-​to-​day life. And it was frustrating because no one could diagnose and/​or treat it. For years, I had consulted with physicians and others to come up with some type of explanation and resolve for the pain. Dr. Johnson changed my life, literally. He diagnosed where the pain was coming from and he went about fixing it. And it worked. I no longer have to carry a heating pad to work in hopes it will stop the shooting pain going down my leg. I don’t have that pain anymore. Dr. Johnson and his staff are professionals and are knowledgeable. They care about your well-​being plus it is fun to go in his office.

Dr. Johnson is good at what he does, BUT I was told that before he adjusted me I had to purchase a deep tissue massage from his in-​house masseuse EVERY TIME because my muscles were too tense to adjust me AND I couldn’t handle more than 3 adjustments in one session (and therefore often had to schedule multiple sessions per week).
I moved to LA since seeing Dr. Johnson. My current chiropractor requires no x-​rays, no massages and adjusts me 5 – 6 times every time I go in.
While Dr. Johnson is a talented chiropractor that helped my pinched nerve, I now fear he was upselling me and making me spend much more than necessary to bring in more profit. This saddens me, because I really trusted him as a physician.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone looking for a chiropractor. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. He always takes the time to stop and listen to his patients. I have been visiting Advanced Chiropractic for about 6 months now and it is by far the best chiropractor I’ve visited and I feel better than I have in years.

Dr. Johnson just reminded me that I’ve been coming to see him for almost 3 years now. And that I should really think about writing a review. Go figure, I always write a ton of reviews on restaurants and hotels, but I totally forgot about my good olé trusty chiropractor!
I’ve suffered from neck and lower back pain ever since my late 20s. I’m not even sure why. Maybe it’s my work environment and the chair I sit in. I finally looked into going to a chiropractor and I went to a couple before I found Dr. Johnson and stayed. I’m now on the maintenance program for $ 80 a month where I get two 30-​min massages and one adjustment per month. At first, I use to split it up and go once a week almost, but now I rarely have any back or neck problems. So I combine the two 30-​min into a one whole hour massage followed by an adjustment all in one day. I look forward to it every month.
From all the different chiropractors I’ve gone to, one thing always remains the same. You don’t have to go see a chiropractor only after you’ve been in an accident. You should see one regularly! Think about it. Your spine is the main central nervous system that controls EVERYTHING in your body!!! Each nerve ending goes to a different point, and if that nerve is constantly aggravated or injured, that point in your body is going to start having problems as well.
Dr. Johnson is great at what he does and is super knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is also friendly and great. It’s like going to Cheers, where everyone knows your name! :P

Dr. Johnson really knows what he’s doing and is very careful about your ailments. He does a thorough examination before he even begins to do an adjustment. Definitely love this chiropractor!

I was in a car accident and found this place on google. Dr. Johnson knows his stuff and is extremely enthusiastic about what he does. Both massage therapists are also great at what they do. I love this place!

Dr. Johnson and his team are extremely welcoming and helped me when I threw my back out. His approach is very friendly, informative and helpful. He also has excellent wellness plans for extremely reasonable cost. I’ve seen at least 5 chiropractors and he is among the best.

Great chiropractor & new easy to find location that faces chino hills parkway makes it easy to get to. The girls at the front desk were nice & helpful. The chiropractor, Dr Johnson was so informative & goal oriented in his approach for my adjustment. I really liked that he took xrays & showed me where the problems were & what we were going to need to do to correct my back/​neck problems. Massage therapist on staff are great combo with the adjustments as well!
