Brad’s Service Center

The staff is helpful and pleasant. There is no price gouging or trying to convince the customer to pay for repairs that are not needed on their vehicle. They also provide customers transportation to and from their homes to the repair shop.

I broke down on my way to upstate NY and this place saved the day! Brian was very professional and the service was spectacular. To top it off, for the situation, I feel that the price was very fair.

Out in Chicopee several times a year. Starting going here from a recommendation from a local been about 6 years now have work done when needed they are always honest have to drive back to Chicago tomorrow had a brake issue turned out not to be that serious they fixed the issue without taking me to the cleaners thanks will definitely be back recommend these guys to anyone in the Chicopee area!

After hitting a curb doing construction at the high school down te street, brought my truck to brads. Within two hours got 2 brand new tires with a very realistic price. People behind the desk were super friendly ! Don’t over charge you. Well worth 5 stars

I found out about Brad’s on Unilocal while looking for an inspection bay that was open on Saturday. I arrived ten minutes before they closed and they took my car right in. After reading many good reviews online, and not finding a bad one, I felt I should really give this place a try. Two words: customer service. I’ve brought my car here for maintenance a couple of times already and am glad that I’ve found a service garage that I can trust and whose staff is very nice, helpful, and informative. The work was done in a timely fashion. The waiting area is large, clean, and accommodating with plenty of seating, a TV, free coffee, and even tablets you can play with. They even have an outside smoking area with a few benches to sit on while you wait. Oh, and they have a huge bay too. To me, this is a reflection of the quality of service I received, and these days I find it difficult to get good customer service in most places. I’m satisfied and I will definitely be taking my car here for future repairs and maintenance.

Brad’s has been taking care of our cars for years, Explorer, Mercedes, BMW. We trust this crew with all our vehicles. Honest and efficient. Brian and crew rock!

Have been bringing my family’s cars to Brad’s for 3 – 4 years now. They are my dream mechanics! Here is why:
1. No one has unlimited $$ to spend and they know it. They tell you what needs to be fixed right now and what can safely wait, as well as what maintenance to anticipate in the next few months.
2. Their estimates on cost and labor are always reasonable and accurate.
3. They will not spend more than a minimal and/​or reasonable amount of time investigating a problem without checking in with you first. Never is there a ‘surprise’ on the bill.
4. Everyone is very friendly and professional. (I’ve met my share of creepy male mechanics, but none of them work here!)
5. Free wi-​fi in waiting area, large TV, and free Keurig coffee :)
I recommend Brad’s to everyone, and especially to women who are tired of their mechanics thinking they can take financial advantage of female customers.

In my professional experience, one cannot desire a better service center than Brad’s. The charisma and pleasantness of the staff is immediately obvious as you walk through the impressive, over-​arching glass panels and into a cozy and inviting waiting room that includes free coffee and android tablets to play around with. The mechanics are not only top-​rated, but have garnered awards over many dedicated years to demonstrate their excellence. The man in charge is well-​respected and revered individual with a history of race experience and the intellect of an automobile wizard. The ever demanding need for automotive repair is not the reason this place is famous in its town, but because the employees understand that unparalleled customer service is how a business grows in size and in trust.

Been here a few times this year with my bmw. Excellent customer service. Definitely be back.
