Merlin & Wizard Graphics are great to work with. They respond quickly and go above and beyond to help customers. I was creating postcards and business cards with them, and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Printing and mailing was easy and quick. Definitely highly recommend!

My business is Permanent Makeup. I have had cards, brochures, credit card type gift cards, flyers and more. Wizard Graphics is not only helpful, but quick as well. I feel everyone has a bad day, but I never had a problem. They even mail out my advertising through another source and I can’t beat their prices Efficient! I think so. I love these guys. If you need something fast (like next day) go to kinkos and good luck, they even make mistakes. Send wizard the proper information and they send you something setup to approve. We are ALL only just people, doing our best and sometimes we can’t please all the people every time. Thanks Wizard from Accent

Fast and knowledgeable.

The people at this company are totally unprofessional and rude! I ordered business cards 2 weeks ago. I finally received them today and they were printed crooked. When I called and requested to have them reprinted and have a partial credit back to my card for the inconvenience they told me they would have to find a copy to verify the mistake and then they would call me back. The customer is always right idiots! They told me they would call me back quickly 2x and I had to call them back after several hours of waiting both times! They made excuses for why they screwed up my cards and then they offered to reprint them. When I asked again for a partial refund they said «I have a better idea, why don’t you send them back to me and I’ll give you a full refund.» So I’m going to have them printed elsewhere now. Don’t ever use this company!

I used them for a very serious and timely printing of a full color poster in January of this year.
They were GREAT to work with, did the printing very fast, and the results were wonderful.
They did everything they said they would.
They are a little pricier than others — but we like their eco friendly attitude.
