Worst customer service ever. Ignored, never was greeted and then after I picked one article of clothing up I was bombarded with«do you want to try it on» or «want us to hold it for you» Talk about harassment, all I wanted to do was look at clothes… it wasn’t even nice customer service I never got a «how are you doing?» or «are you finding everything ok?» nothing like that. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. To top it off while I was being rang up for a shirt two girls near the underwear been were stuffing pairs of them into their purses while being completely ignored by the employees. When I mentioned it to the cashier she seemed not to care and had an attitude with me… I don’t even know about this store anymore, used to be happy but now eugh. Not to mention it’s completely cramped and I find myself running into clothing racks. I’d like to shop not to find my way through a maze of perils and thieves.

Never again will I ever set foot in this place in this town. Nicole & I went in looking at the summer dresses. They were having a really good sale. So I found one and she was still looking the sales clerk was helping Nicole. I went and paid for my purchase. Well the sales clerk was telling her oh this one is cute and will bring out your blue eyes la la la and its on sale reg $ 18.50 and its on sale for $ 12. Nicole can’t resist a sale so she gets it. Well guess what it rings up regular price. The cashier that rang her tell her its not on sale. So of course Nicole tells her well there is like 5 of the same dress on the rack. Cashier«someone must of put it there by mistake» Nicole«5 of them?» Cashier no answer Nicole goes and gets them off the rack and tells her you need to do your job then and take them off Me «wait where is the sales girl that was helping you because she said they were on sale» Why is it that she is no where to be found? I went looking for her and I couldn’t find her. I asked to speak to the manager and guess what? The cashier girl said she was the manager. So I was standing in line to return my dress because I didn’t want anything else to do w/this place. I went to take it back to the Wet Seal in Concord. The sales girls there were so nice on hearing what I said that I ended up keeping my dress. She told me if that girl was the manager she should of went & looked at the rack where the dresses were taken them off and gave Nicole the difference.
