Same concept as Chipotle but oh so much more authentic and delicious. It’s off 5th and Ivy so perfect for a lunch, study break, and/or drunk munchies!!! So bomb

Only Freshman eat here. The food is too salty. It’s over priced. They are cheap with the quantity of food they give you. And they are rude. I waited a half an hour in the line and finally got my food, soon after, a drunk person ran into me and I dropped my california fries all over the ground. I went up to the young girl working the cash register and she told me she would give me another but I would have to wait in the line again. So I waited in the line again and when I finally got to the top to order my meal the owner told me that I would have to pay AGAIN after already paying and waiting an hour in line. I left with no food and no desire to ever eat here again. I have since boycotted the restaurant and told all my friends not to eat here either. I work at a restaurant and this kind of service would never be allowed.

The food is okay here, but doesn’t taste very fresh. The red sauce tastes like it comes from a can. I ordered nachos and the man making my food just started throwing ingredients on without asking if I wanted them, such as which types of beans or salsa I wanted.

Honestly do not go after noon. The staff at night is so messed up. Give me half a scoop of pinto beans which at wholesale probably cost 1 cent, and you charge me way more. The morning staff, more like Tina, is amazing. The guys at night are so rude. I ordered a veggie bowl, amd you charge me for meat just because I want a little beans(you literally gave me none!) On top of that you cut me short on everything else. Fine employees, have attitude and be rude but when your customers are drunk, hungry college students do not want to come eat there anymore or go tk tacos Mary. Or Come here for morning and afternoon food. Because Tina is wonderful.

this place has been getting worse and worse over the past 8 months. the cooks can’t understand what you say to them no matter how many times you patiently tell them. they messed up my order and two other people in front of me and burned the guy behind me’s wet burrito. something happens to my order almost everytime I go in. gave me one very small partially full spoon of Pico DE Gallo on a burrito bowl then tried to charge me more when I asked her for a full scoop. if they don’t want to honor the specials and prices they just say they are out. save your money go to tacos Mary across the street it’s better and cheaper you will have leftovers too. they don’t charge for extra Pico DE Gallo!

Normally I don’t give one star reviews, but unfortunately, this place calls for it. My friend and I saw the banner outside and it was dvertising for a hangover burrito for $ 3.99. We went in and tried to order it, but they said they were out. My friend ordered the nachos instead and they didn’t even ask her what she wanted on them, they just started making them. I ordered the nacho cheese fries and without pico de gallo. The nacho cheese was cold so I asked for warm nacho cheese and they put it in the microwave — gross. My friend’s food looked un-edible and we both would have been better off eating frozen yogurt for lunch.

I have been eating here since the restaurant opened. The food is great, the service is quick, and if you want frozen yogurt its a nice serve your self business inside as well. They also offer meal deals at lunch to offer the best bang for your buck.

OK. Before I start a rant about shitting flames and projectiling vomit all night; the fundamentals of customer service sucked. Something as simple as «hi» was neglected to be made. They didn’t offer me any sauce or peppers, failed to say thank you, or ultimately, simply be human beings. In the end, unless you would like to loose $ 8 and 5 lbs., don’t bother with this place.

I’m writing this as I’m still awake from throwing up their disgusting food I had for lunch. over 12 fucking hours ago. Couldn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day. Thanks Serrano’s, for making me skinny. Also, the employees/customer service suck, right along with the crap they call food that they serve.

I love the nachos from here, I usually get them with Asada, chicken or Chile Verde. I wasn’t as big on the burritos but the nachos are more than enough to keep me coming back.

Wow Serranos, if you plan on diarrhea all night come here. Its the best place to get the here I come!!! worst meal of your life! Eat some Serranos and plan on spending the next week in the health center treating your raccoon meat tacos. The guy that works here sucks so badly he just throws bullshit on your burrito and you can’t even tell him what you want. If you want to get a piece of poop wrapped in another piece of shit, then you should go to Serrano’s. You’re better going to the homeless park and eating their feces then Serranos! PLEASEDON’T EATSERRANOS!!! I WARNYOU! PLEASE! FORYOURSTOMACHANDYOURLIFE. If you eat Serranos you will have a bad time and shit your organs out.

pretty good. slightly over seasoned. burritos had good consistency and girth. flavors were two-tone, and lacked dimension. I prefer chipotle, or aca taco.

I asked for crispy fries. I do not think it is that hard to make them crispy and not soggy. They gave me what I thought were crispy fries and when I got home they were indeed soggy as can be. So I went back and asked them to make them crispy and I could tell they were talking shit about me in Spanish. So why don’t you just make sure that they are crispy when a paying customer asks for them.

It smelled amazing the instant I walked in. Really great prices for some real quality Mexican food. I recommend getting pollo verde enchilada plate. Their carnitas are good as well. Great menu selection, I’ll definitely be coming back.

The first time we tried it we were starving therefore it tasted amazing! It is basically in the style of Chipotle but more authentic.(Chiptle is not Mexican trust me I am) The service is Nice, they have a variety of tortilla option tomato, wheat, chipotle so on. You select tortilla, meat sauce etc. except you can deep fry anything. My bf had the deep fired burrito which he loved. Portions are large. Going the second time it was just as we remembered. The downside is the packaging when taking out, it was awkward, sauce got every where in the container.
