History

Established in 2008.

RSVP on Northern CA started mailing in Spring of 2008. It is a locally owned Franchise owned and operated by Stephen Pankhurst. RSVP started in San Francisco in 1985 and is currently mailing in 100+ markets in Northern California and Canada. Stephen acquired the Northern California territory in 2008 when he left his position of Publisher on InsideOut Magazine and the Upstate Business Journal in late 2007. Since 2008 the RSVP «Postcard Deck» has steadily grown in popularity.

Stephen began his media career with 5 years in Radio with The North State Radio Network (what is now Results Radio) after graduating CSU Chico. He left his position and Senior Account Executive and Non-​Tradition Revenue Director to Co-​Found Juggernaut Marketing — an advertising agency that lead to the publishing of the areas first home and garden/​lifestyle publication Insideout Magazine and — a year later — The Upstate Business Journal. Stephen left that partnership in late 2007 and Started work on his first RSVP mailing. You can tell by the dicey use of punctuation and run on sentences he had no part in the writing of either publication…
