This place has the most amazing customer service! When my husband and I were in the market for a travel trailer last year, we went to another dealer first to look around and that dealership tried to convince us to buy a trailer and tact on all of these extra fees saying it was «the law» for us to have a load equalizing hitch, otherwise we couldn’t drive off the lot. After smelling a big fat rat, we went to Mike Friend RV and purchased our dream travel trailer! I would highly recommend this place. It’s a family run business and there is no funny business. Their prices are competitive and the buying experience is how it should be…

I purchased a new Timber Ridge travel trailer from Mike (the owner) last August. I found the experience to be quite pleasant, and had visited other dealers when searching for the trailer I wanted. Almost all wanted your name and phone number right off the bat, even while just looking around the lot. Quite a turnoff. I found Mike to be a very low key, no pressure person. Answered questions and allowed me to look around without the pressure of a salesperson staring over your shoulder. His price was more than fair. His wife and son work there as well, and both were very helpful too. The pre delivery prep of the trailer and installation of my hitch was flawless. Great customer service. While not the giant «Mega-​RV Lot «with hundreds to choose from, they have great prices and an even better sales attitude. If you are an RV dealer that has been in business 38 years, you must be doing something right. And they are. Highly recommend Mike Friend RV.

We have taken our 5^th Wheel (purchased secondhand) in for repairs on 2 occasions. The repair work is always done right. Mike and son Ryan are great to work with, and we would recommend doing business with them!

Very nice family. Mike, the owner, and his wife were very nice to do business with. We found them on the Internet as a place to take our travel trailer to put up for sale on consignment. He wasn’t pushy and offered us a fair price after his commission. He sold our trailer in two weeks and promptly notified of the sale and sent us our check. He sold it at a good price for the buyer and gave us a fair price as well. Positive transaction for all of us. I highly recommend them for a low stress sale of your RV.
