Two stars because I’m in a good mood. I came in for Katie’s waxing services on a day when she was self-​admittedly very tired. Also, she was rushing because of the client who was waiting. Long story short, she finished very quickly, leaving stray hairs and a shoddy job. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt so I called her before leaving this review. Her response to my call (or lack thereof) was rude.
Katie, you should appreciate all customers. Especially new ones.

Spray tans are a beautiful bronze– no orange tone and last about a week with showering and shaving still. Her lashes are beautiful! Any time I want to get extra pretty for something she’s the first call I make. Best spray tan you can get!!!

I went to Katie to get eyelash extensions. I was really nervous that it would be an awkward and uncomfortable 2 hours but I was so pleasantly surprised. Katie is the sweetest girl and made me feel completely comfortable. We chatted the whole time she was doing my eyelashes, 2 hours flew by. She did a beautiful job on my eyelashes. They were exactly what I wanted and they didn’t even break the bank like some of the other eyelash extension studios in the area would have. She even waxed my eyebrows when she was done and did a wonderful job on them too, that was also very inexpensive. If you are looking for eyelash extensions in Chico, look no further. I would recommend Katie to everyone I know, she’s truly amazing at what she does and is extremely sweet on top of it.

Oh my gosh where do I start?! If you’re looking for eyelash extensions this is the girl you wanna see! Katie does an amazing job and truly pays attention to the small detail to really make your lashes look amazing! She is always willing to work around your schedule and puts her clients first! Not only does she have killer prices, she is working out of the amazing Silhouette Waxing Studio. Her other services include facials, waxing, and my favorite… spray tans!
