Jamba Juice

They make the smoothie I like without any problems and it turns out good too. The service could have more smiles but they were friendly.

There’s a reason why this is (currently as of 10÷14÷15) the lowest rated JJ in Chico.
Dirty – you literally wish you had a towel or something to open the door with to avoid having to touch the grime. Inside isn’t much better. Just looked gross. The one tall table by the window that was free had some old, dried up spill on it. Nasty. Been there a looooooong time.
Customer service – the gal working the register needs some training in this area. USUALLY when a customer orders something, and pays, it’s customary to politely give them their change and maybe say thanks in some way. Not too much to ask. I do not appreciate having my change absently shoved at me, no thanks of any kind, and have them look over my shoulder at the next customer in line. Didn’t quite catch her name (Kauhi? something like that – working 4pm 10÷14÷15). Cameron (the guy making the drinks) was actually nice & friendly when we picked up the order. I watched her serve the other customers and she was just as rude. No greeting, no thank yous – hun, you need to get out of the service industry!
Maybe Cameron should be running the registers and put the rude gal on the blenders & cleaning duties ;)

It closes so early

Just a nice place to grab a juice and go.

There are serveral Jamba juices in town. This one sholuld be the last one on your list to go to, especially if you are in a hurry. Garrett is lacking customer service skills and probably needs a desk job.

Jamba Juice is an easy way for a quick snack. I’m happy that they also offer Whey protein, which offsets the sugar spike of just about everything they serve.
Also, they have great water bottles. We bought some kid sized ones a few years back, and they’re still great. No drippies.

Went here a lot when I went to butte for their month in january where oatmeal was only $ 1. They have seating here yay, and open early. Oatmeal is so good better than home cooked oatmeal because it has different grains and is so thick and good! yay for $ 1 oatmeal.

There are sevral Jamba Juices in CHico, this one is consitent like the others.

I sometimes come to this Jamba Juice if I’m seeing a movie or if my boyfriend has a hankering for something at Game Stop. I always get the mango a-​go-​go smoothie and it always comes back to me with no chunks of ice, just the way I like it– smoothie goodness all the way down, mmm.
It’s almost never busy too so you’ll hardly ever have to wait more than a few minutes for your drink.
