During his years in the business world, Kelly Graves saw the consequences of poor handling of conflict and change within organizations — disgruntled employees, high turnover and low productivity.

Kelly understands that all organizational problems — whether technical, financial, or some other issue — hinge on human communications and processes. With Masters degrees in both business and psychology, along with over twenty years of business experience as a foundation, he believes that a thorough understanding of human processes and behavior and how to improve them are fundamental to organizational survival and success.

Specializing in conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, process consultation and management, leadership development, and executive coaching, Kelly works alongside the client, group, or organization to help tap into useful natural abilities that may have been lying dormant or not being fully utilized.
