SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone is so welcoming! I’ve never been to hookah bar where they gave you a full tour of the lounge. Including the back where they put the hookahs together. It’s amazing. Sam and Jenny are both really nice people and make you feel at home. I love that they know everyone’s name in their lounge that is a really good way to run a business. Love this place. If I could give more stars I would.

Probably the best deal in town. the people there are nice, and they help you choose your flavor by letting you smell all the flavors with a tour of the back area where the magic happens LOL. the pricing is a deal for only $ 10 a hookah. music is played through the speakers from a laptop so you get to listen to anything the people want, so depending on your preference its either awesome or okay.

Was accused for «working for the other hookah lounges in Chico», defaming this upstanding citizens business, and lying about my review. Jeanette (owner) is watching you like a hawk. Don’t piss her off in your review of this amazing tidy/​Virgo/​God ran hookah spot … Or you will wake up with crazy messages from her at 8AM on a Saturday. HAHAHA get a life.

My wife and I had an hour to kill before we were able to visit our son; a student at Butte. Knowing our preference for good service, he recommended Fusion. Christina gave us a tour and presentation of how they operate and helped us chose a flavor. I think all newbies get a brief tour, which is pretty cool. She is friendly, helpful and changed our coal at the right time. I regret not knowing how to spell the owner’s name, it starts with a B. Regardless, he is welcoming, hands-​on and took the time to share Fusion’s history with us. The seating is spread open with options for cozy couches, the red lighting creates a nice ambiance, the restroom was clean & stocked, the tile floor is classy and they allow their customers to choose music. We recommend the Fusion Grape Mint. Oh, and you CANNOT beat their prices.

Hands down the best place In Chico to smoke hookah. I’ve been to all the hookah places, none compare to this. Everyone is greeted at the door with a smile. They even give a tour and explain everything about their business and about their charges. Each hookah has it’s own flavor so the taste is amazing. Ice is included for free! The environment is clean and relaxing. It gets busy on the weekends. The staff is attentive to all the costumers. You can play your own music which is awesome!

Out of all the hookah places this one is normally the best. I like the mint mixed flavors the best. I like the multicultural atmosphere, I also like that this lounge tends to have customers that are a bit older as in 24+ haha. In comparison a lot of the other lounges have a younger crowd.
Why 3 stars? They had us pay $ 5 a person to get in and weren’t too clear on what we were paying for. I like to know what I am actually purchasing when I hand someone money. They need to be more organized. There were 7 of us, 2 were not smoking but wanting to hang out. So they made quite a bit and we only got 2 hooka and a water bottle each. I also asked if they could change the tv channel as an episode of a show I am currently watching came on and no one else was watching the tv. They said to just not look at it. come on. People are constantly picking the music why not change the channel?

I come to Fusion every night just about! The owners Jenny and Sam have become family to me! Everyone is very welcoming and I love that you can choose your own music! The lounge is very clean and organized. They give you a tour when you first arrive and take you to the back to let you smell and choose which hookah you would like. Every hookah is specified for each flavor that way you get pure flavor with no other mixtures. All cold beverages are a dollar and each hookah is only 10 dollars. On Wednesdays it is 5 dollars between 4 – 7! Woooo discounts! I highly recommend Fusion as your place to go! It’s laid back and has a nice family feel (: Best hookah lounge in town (:

Just to clarify the owners Jenny and Sam are super sweet people. The business is great and very clean. Prices are cheap. All customers get a chance to play their own music. They have a large variety of tobaccos. Their hookahs include ice free of charge for only $ 10.00. This is a great place to chill with friends, I highly recommend it.

The owners are so engaged and really know their stuff. They are very energetic and friendly, but also are up front. They have awesome hookahs and they give you tour for your first time visit in the back area where they prepare the hookahs. $ 5 per person, not a bad deal!

Fusion is my favorite hang out spot in town. The hookah is amazing, so many flavors and such good quality. The staff makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. The facilities are extremely clean and well taken care of which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I love this place so much, I would give them 6 stars if I could!

FUSION IS THE BEST! This is a great place to chill with friends. I have met a lot of awesome people here and the owners, Jenny and Sam, are very attentive with great customer service. I have been to the Hookah Spot and Arabian Nights, but now I will only go here. Friends I have also brought here that have been to other hookah lounges say they prefer Fusion and describe it as classy with better prices. No cover charge! You can get a hookah for $ 10 and it’s two people to a hookah. I also LOVE their homemade chai tea! The place is super clean and overall a great atmosphere.
