RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! The women at the front desk are nice, but once you get in the back, forget it. I had a nurse get into an arguement with me when I asked her to recheck my blood pressure. She was an older woman who should’ve had the bedside manor thing down by now. You don’t argue with your patient. I had to tell a doctor what medication to give me instead of hearing him say, «Oh well you just have a cough», when in fact it was bronchitis. DONOTGOHERE! It feels germy and they don’t care about their patients. They want you out as fast as you came in.

This place is moderately helpful. I went in once with a horrible bellyache, and the doctor said I had«irritable bowel syndrome.» Obviously, my bowels were irritated. This does not explain WHY they were irritated, which is my purpose in going to a doctor. So this visit was mostly a waste of time. At least they ruled out giardia, which my aunt was concerned about. However, another time I went with a sort of ear infection(sometimes my hearing goes out, one time for a few months, in one ear, and it sounds like I’m underwater). I couldn’t hear in one ear and it hurt. This time(as the other time) it took a long time, lots of waiting in the lobby and the patient room, but at least they did help my ear. They flushed it first with water which didn’t work and then finally with some sort of solution that breaks down excess ear wax. I could hear again so that was a success. The last time I went there was for a heavy cold/flu type condition – the doctor prescribed me an inhaler to help with breathing problems, one other medicine I’m forgetting, and a nighttime medicine to help with symptoms and sleeping. This seemed helpful as well. Overall I would only go here if I really felt an urgent need for help and my regular doctor at North Valley Indian Health wasn’t available that day or the next.

All I have to say is make sure to bring a bottle of Purell with you because you’ll leave here feeling dirtier than when you arrived… Only good thing about this place is that the wait was fairly short when I went, probably because no one else wanted to sit in a cramped room that looks like it hasn’t been remodeled(or cleaned!) since the 1970s. **EDIT** Got my prompt care bill a month later. 300DOLLARS?! FOR A COLD?! Nonononono, eff this. I am NEVER going back to Enloe. Immediate Care FTW, my bill has never been over 100 there(and that was for something more threatening than a cold, too).

Hell no. A 2-hour wait with a pediatric patient!!! This place was dirty, and not inviting. I will not go back.
