Today Eddie, from Domenic’s Septic service, came out to clean out our septic tank. He did a fantastic job cleaning the tank and he went the extra mile to make sure the line from the house was clean. He gave 110% in locating a blockage and making sure that the septic system worked as well as possible. Thank you Eddie.

The office staff was very kind and helpful. The owner came by was exceptionally informative and patient with me while I asked him several questions taking time out of his day. I did not have an appointment only a concern about a past visit that turned out to have nothing to do with the work they did. He was professional, informative, and best of all patient.

I would have given Dominec’s a much better rating if they had not ruptured seven lines in our sprinkler system and driven over some of our sprinkler heads. They did not do their homework by contacting our property manager and gardening service before they started digging so the lines could be flagged. While they have agreed to partially compensating us for the damage, they have not taken responsibility for the error in the first place. They will have you sign a contract that says they are not responsible for any damage to landscaping or other systems so buyer beware.

We had Domenic’s come out today to clean our septic tank since it had been probably 2 ½ years since it had been done (which was prior to us purchasing our house). While some companies might have taken advantage of our lack of experience, the guys from Domenic’s told us that our septic tank didn’t even need cleaning — so instead of charging us the $ 300-​ish for cleaning it, they were totally honest and only charged an $ 85 inspection fee and said they’d see us in a few years. Highly recommended!
