Everyone at Dicks Towing has been nothing short of exceptional. They are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. They go out of their way to not only do their job but to also help people.
They helped me return my chevy back to driving condition when I had no where else to turn that I could afford. During the time ive known the people at Dicks, I have continued to be pleasantly surprised by their eagerness to help people.

Guy on the phone was nice and quick. Ruben came to tow my car to Ford and he was super polite and fast. He’s probably the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever met.

poor customer service over the phone. I was in need of roadside assistance and saw they offer «fast and reliable 24 hour towing» so I gave them a call. a woman answered (very rudely) and asked me what time it is. I told her it was 6 am and she was all of a sudden «all booked», referred me to someone else and HUNG UP. very rude.
