Dave is a really nice guy, and he’s been around for a long time in Chico. But Ed, the guy that comes to do the work, is a salty, arrogant and rude curmudgeon that doesn’t appear to like his job very much. He shows up unannounced, then gets mad when you’re not home. He hates dogs, and will go out of his way to make you feel like YOU, the idiot, are the problem. Always. Finally had to cancel this service and look for a competitor.

We never had a need for pest control until our house was invaded by ants at the beginning of the rainy season several years ago. On top of completely controlling the ant problem we now no longer have pill-bugs or black widow spiders and it has also helped with the earwigs. Our technician, Dan, is very friendly and helpful. He has always been responsive to our needs. I’m extremely happy with our service.
