History

Established in 1954.

Chico Lock and Safe was the only competitor of Johnny’s at the time so to keep it short Johnny’s bought Chico Lock and Safe and then moved across the street to its present location in the Johnny’s Plaza. The two companies

became Johnny’s Lock and Johnny’s Chico Lock and Safe.
