Baskin Robbins

Nothin too special it’s a regular baskin Robbins. I wish they had a more appealing seating area for folks that want to have their icecream there. Other than that the service is pretty good, and the cake selection is big :)

Usually come here to get ice cream since this is the nearest Baskin Robbins to my house (down the street). Came in to buy a couple of quarts of ice cream but they weren’t on the freezer… So stood in line behind a family of 5 and waited. They were helped, but right as my mom and I were supposed to be helped next, the employee went over to the Togo’s part of the facility and didn’t even give us a second glance. We waited in line for what seemed to be another 5 – 10 minutes and then decided it was better to leave and go to the Baskin Robbins on Mangrove Ave. We found the behavior of the employee to be quite rude.
At Mangrove there was only one worker and she was very busy. But helped us immediately and we were out in 3 minutes tops. It actually took way less time to drive all the way to Mangrove and home than to wait in line and not be helped at the Baskin Robbins on Forest.

Casey was the best!!! We had a tons of different samples and we took awhile to make up our minds but he was super patient with us. Great customer service. Make him manager!!!

Casey was the best! He had great customer service and made a really amazing milkshake. We sampled almost everything and he was so great about it.
I would give that kid a raise!

Got their BOGO 2 scoop Sundaes, each one had about as much ice cream as a kid cone. 2 scoops plus all the toppings filled up about half the cup?!

Thank you!!! I called another location and was told o couldn’t get a cake within 2 days even though online it was possible. Paul helped me out. He took my order and was very friendly! I will remember that next time.

While the combination of Togos and Baskin Robins may be economical it makes service on occasions… crappy:-)

Just your typical Baskin Robbins/​Togos mix. People and owners are nice.
