Our staff will happily unload your donation items or schedule a pick up.

Following the «Recycle/​Reuse» green philosophy by reselling gently used items such as furniture, collectibles, vintage clothes, toys, books, dishes etc the ARC Stores ensures less waste and pollution in the Chico & Oroville community.

Proceeds from the ARC Store helps fund the ARC of Butte County’s Family Support Programs for special needs children and adults with developmental disabilities.

History

Established in 1999.

The ARC Stores in Chico and Oroville are post-​retail shopping enterprises designed to provide sustainable products to the public, while re-​using and recycling valuable quality goods for a very fair price.

Proceeds from The ARC Stores go toward ARC ‘s Family Support Programs. Since 1953, the Arc of Butte County has been devoted to providing high quality services to special needs children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Many of ARC’s Adult Day Program clients work in the ARC Stores. Gaining valuable work training, social skills and building a strong self esteem while earning a paycheck.
