I know it’s not Microfiber. I used a mobel guy from Chicago called
and he used about 10 different microfiber, Clay my car at not extra cost because he was going to remove all the scratches and swirl marks that were all over my car and had a special lite he showed me where everything was. I was very great full and the best money spent Pon my 2015 Audi Q5. He said I’m good for another 6 months and if I use his services again it would be only to wash polish and clean the interior. He also had a system that I never seen before but to use it in operating rooms it’s a vaporizer that uses no chemicals so if any of you have children that have dead sinuses or allergic to things he’s the man. I’m downgrading my review as the staff rarely opens on time and is usually late in arriving. Even if you arrive 15 minutes before they open don’t expect to leave until ³⁰⁄₄₅ minutes later. I still come here because it’s the cheapest car wash deal in the west loop, $ 15 inside and out before 10am with coupon.

Just got my car detailed and it looks brand new! Dropped it off and had it back in less than 24 hours. Had several bird poop stains from parking on the street in Chicago summer. They were able to get the stains out and lots of bumper dings and scratches too. Customer service was excellent, price quoted and service rendered was spot on. Highly recommended.

Great hand car wash. My car comes out good as new every time. I appreciate the extra time to do a thorough job. Will definitely be my go to in the neighborhood.

Stop! Pull over and get your car washed here! These guys are methodical and took our nasty, dirty car and made it sparkling like new again. Prices are super reasonable and they do an awesome job! Highly recommend! Tip well!

Horrible service, took large suv for buff and wax and carpet shampoo, poor job, carpet not fully clean, some clay still on vehicle and buffer marks all over .

Won’t be back. 65 for a wash n wax is fair. But did a bad job, didn’t care about even walking around car with me, or pointing out a few issues. Found a few scuffs on the car and tons of wax still on it. Also did a bad job wiping down dash. I don’t mind paying and would have tipped if someone had done a quick walk around and corrected the few spots. Plus they could have easily gotten me to do a detail during the week with a little upselling to fix a few light scratches. Obviously not taking pride in their work.

I keep trying to come here since it’s close to my house, but it never seems to be open. The hours are listed as open until 7 or 8 PM on weeknights (I can’t determine which one) but I’ve come before 7 and it always appears to be closed. I’ve honked and looked inside too so it’s not just a matter of the garage door being down.

They did a real great job with my car. Whatever time they took getting it done was totally worth it — my car was shiny new!!! The folks are very friendly and the attention to detail is exemplary.

Just got out from the lot. New manager is rude and when sees a chance to get more money does it.
They implemented a new rule about car pick up which they dint tell you when you drop off the car. They charge you $ 10 more if it’s over an hour.
You have to wait for it or will be charged.
I said when I was dropping off the car that I will be back in an hour. NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THE CHARGE. Was literally 5 min over an hour.
He charged me additional $ 10.00 even thought said he will not after I tried to reason with him. He was hoping I will not figure out that he is overcharging me $ 10.00 more. In addition after I left it saw that back of the car was not washed well.
I used this car was for 3 years, it was the last time.
DO NOT USE THEM. STAY AWAY!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and always had a good experience. Yes, sometimes it takes awhile but always worth it. In the last month since I’ve been here… wow, things have changed. I don’t even know if all these guys work here? They look sloppy and only a few guys are wearing the west loop auto spa shirt. They were smoking around my car and then got in it to clean… I don’t want my car smelling like smoke. And they were smoking right outside the waiting room which of course carries right in. I obviously can’t stand the smell. They get the job done and really only writing this review bc the level of professionalism and look has gone down hill. I like this place and want to keep coming back. please clean up and smoke away from the cars and customers in a designated area.

Echoing a few other reviews, you may need to wait a bit for your car, i.e. approx 1 hour, but it’s WELL worth it. These guys are pros at attention to detail and management is friendly. Not to mention, they’re cost efficient. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to in the future.

You will most likely have to wait a bit for your car, but it’s worth the wait. Very detail oriented wash, friendly staff and management. This is my spot.

Very good car wash near downtown. Different from regular car wash. Variety of services. Above all, very friendly crew.

I’m sure the place is great, but I waited AN HOUR and my car was still «next in line.» I had to leave. There were only four of us in the waiting room when I got there and in that time, only one of our cars was finished. When I told the manager that I couldn’t stay any longer — I had to go back to work — he said it would be another 20 minutes until my car would be started, and then another 20 to wash it. So, an hour and 40 minutes to get my car washed? Ridiculous, I don’t care how good they are. And it’s not like it was a Friday after work. It was a Wednesday during the day.
Then I was told I could not get a refund. So, I can’t get a refund for a service that I didn’t get because I’m supposed to wait an hour and 40 minutes for that service. It’s a car wash. Out patient surgery can be faster. Instead, the manager wrote on a piece a paper «free wash» for me to use next time. Great… so I can wait another hour? No thanks.
If it’s going to take this long, tell your customers when they come in. Or in the very least, have a sign up that says «No refunds.»

Was just there to have the snow debris and salt cleaned off my little lady. The parking/​entrance is a bit congested but they did a great job. I thought I was going to have to wait much longer considering the amount of vehicles I saw inside, it only took 30 minutes. I will definitely return.

This place was awesome, came in before work to get the ice and salt off my Mercedes and to my surprise they had 3 guys assist on my vehicle which made the process quicker. The manager also over looked the process personally from start to finish so that eased my mind to make business calls in the interim. I’m definitely a new loyal client

This place is different than most hand car wash places.
Most places usually wash cars in an «assembly line» process: 1 guy to clean the tires, car moves fwd… 2 guys to wash & rinse, car moves fwd… 2 guys to towel dry, car moves fwd… 2 guys to clean & vacuum the interior… and you’re done.
This place has 2 guys designated for the entire process, per car. So as cars come in… they’ll park the car in a spot & assign 2 guys to take care of all tasks.
PROS: They do pay close attention to detail & clean your car thoroughly.
CONS: If you’re in a rush & have things to do… be ready to wait awhile. They take their time & move at a slow pace. One more concern was… it’s the winter time & was hoping that the place would have an under-​carriage wash, to power-​rinse the salt & dirt from the bottom of the car. Unfortunately, they don’t have this service.
My first time here & I came in at 10am on a Friday morning, expecting to be in & out within 15 minutes (since I had to be on a conference call for work), which is the typical time for most places. The regular hand car wash was done in 40 minutes (with 2 cars there before me… not too busy).
I’m happy that they did a good job… but it just took a really long time.

WOW! Got an interior detailing + wash this past weekend and my car looks brand new. After a year-​long horrible commute in LA, cross-​country move, and getting a puppy, the seats/​floors/​everything needed serious attention. Now I can’t even find one crumb or dog hair! Even the cup holders and vents look great.
Amazing job!
