The workers are very nice and the drive up is super fast. Need to watch your order when it comes to the chilli, sometimes it has no beans and meat.

The food is fine, in the rare case it’s correct. The employees here have the mental capacity of a bivalve. If you order a hamburger and fries, don’t be surprised if what you receive is a hot dog and a bottle cap. I can tell from the drive-thru that there is an exclusive party atmosphere here, and people ordering food are distracting. But please, let’s raise their minimum wage.

I am really digging the new Wendy’s with the fancy, modern interior. I don’t know what ol’ Dave would say, but it looks pretty spiffy. Came to this Wendy’s one night in search of some fondue fries. If they were anything like the ghost pepper fries they served one time, I was in for a treat! Ordered my stuff and waited in line. They were super nice and welcoming even though it was late at night and my coworkers had lengthy orders. In and out after five minutes with food in hand. The fries… Were really disappointing. Like, it didn’t even taste like gouda. Just some generic, sloppy white cheese. The fries themselves were really salty, too. Like pre-hypertension salty. Bleh!

We recently tried the Gouda bacon cheeseburger– made it triple patty and it was actually pretty good! Normally Wendy’s has now become our go to fast food chain for burgers because i guess its just the way they cook their burgers over the other popular fast food chains. Thankfully they didn’t screw up our order so I’m happy!

This Wendy’s has some dumb employees. I just ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and they give me 4 piece chicken nuggets and no bbq sauce to top it off. They are fast but they get the order wrong and they are rushing you like they don’t want you to check your bag because they probably got the order wrong. And these kids want higher wages? That’s a joke.

This is a pretty good wendy’s overall. I would of given it 4 stars but I dropped it one star because of a recent experience. A couple weeks ago I came here about 10:30 pm and I noticed that the doors were locked but they were still doing business in the drive thru. Their dining room hours were till 11. I asked why the doors were locked they said were closed. But your hours are till 11 I said and they really had no explanation but they did take my order in the drive thru and told me to wait outside and they will bring my food to me. I waited about 10 – 15 minutes and asked this one lady who was trying to shoo me away saying they were closed. I told her I had an order I was waiting for. They finally let me in nearly 30 minutes later and overall it took about 35 minutes to get my food. I asked why they closed early and they said they had no staff. But while waiting in there I counted about 6 employees so that story didn’t seem right.

Came through the drive thru. Not friendly and forget my kid’s nuggets so I had to go inside. Went inside and nobody from the drive thru area gave a sh** at least the girl taking orders in the lobby said sorry.

First and last time I ever order here. Cold burger. Cool chewy fries. Sprite had zero flavor, basically a cup of soda water. Avoid this location

Everytime I go through this drive thru something is missing from my order. The employees are very rude and seem like they dont enjoy working. They never give out a receipts either. I thought the new construction to this place would of changed the restrurant all around… but no way! The food is good quality but the overall experience is HORRIBLE! One star.

Atrocious service!!! Every time I go here, they manage to screw up my order or I sit at the speaker for several minutes before anyone says anything even though I’m the only one in the drive thru and by the time I pull up, everyone is screwing around and having a good olé time because there too busy to do their job. I have to repeat my order at least 3 times(which I only ordered nuggets and fries) and repeat 3 times honey mustard to only open the bag and have bbq. Last time I asked for 2 spicy chicken ceaser salads and ended up getting 5?!? I don’t have time to waste to keep going back to have my order fixed. Maybe they should hire people who know how to listen, speak, and count. I won’t be going back. I rather go to taco burrito king or McDonald’s or Burger King.

I am pained to leave this review since Wendy’s is generally my go-to restaurant when we get fast food. They just re-opened this location after a complete tear-down and re-build. But don’t let that new building fool you, despite that«new car» smell this place is dumpier than ever… and it seems that each thing you order is paying for their construction since everything on the menu is more expensive than before, some sporting an almost 100% increase. We have gone here twice since they re-opened. The first time the staff was so confused with the coupon we had you would think we handed a coupon for McDonalds. What a time-consuming mess that was. Then the chicken we got was so over-cooked you almost couldn’t bite through it. The last time was last night. After starting our order in the drive through the person told us it would be one minute… after well-over a minute she returned and we had to start our order all over since what she recited was just wrong. After paying the huge prices they now charge here we got home to begin our meal… of course the chili we had ordered for our son was nowhere to be seen. I know, I know… the cardinal rule of drive-thus is check your order before you leave… so partially bad on us, but also horrible on them. We were not driving back so now we are out our the ridiculous $ 2 we spent on a small chili(used to be $ 1)… and I am left with a terrible taste in my mouth for this joke of a new restaurant. Not only that but the sandwiches we did order were so slathered in sauce that it was oozing out the side before you even picked it up and they were virtually impossible to eat without a knife and fork or a huge pile of napkins, not to mention this made them completely disgusting. I had been here quite a few times before the new building and never had experienced the incompetence, overcooked/oversauced food and general confusion and mistakes. I’m not sure if they hired new staff or they just are not used to the new computers, grills, fry stations, drink machines, chili ladel etc. but whatever happened here is a tragedy. I guess I’ll have to drive a little further to go to Culvers. :(

I have bought food from here a few times but this time it was a terrible experience, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich when I took a bite it was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed. The chicken appeared to be rubber/plastic you could literally grab it throw it against a wall and it would bounce back. Its obvious the chicken was old and should have not been served. Fresh food and ingredients is the most important thing at a restaurant regardless if its fast food or not. I haven’t eating chicken or wendys since my terrible experience probably won’t for a few more weeks.

Even though I’ve been on an anti fast food campaign, I don’t consider Wendy’s Grilled Chicken sandwich and small Chili unhealthy. Now that I’ve had the audacity to eat one in front of my boyfriend, I got him hooked! We just had it twice this week for lunch already. Call me crazy but it doesn’t make me throw up immediately afterward like BK, McDonald’s and Taco Bell. Maybe that’s how I justify that it’s OK to eat here. BTW, their iced tea drinks and freshly squeezed lemonades are better than sodas.

It is very close to home but every time I come here they screw up my order in the drive through usually leaving something out that was paid for. One time we went there for two frostys, ordered them and paid for at first window but when we got to the second window only handed one. The point of going through the drive through is supposed to be convenient but not if you are always getting the wrong order.

Let’s start with the cashier not greeting us. Simply giving us a cold face. Next the ketchup dispenser is empty– told the cashier she did not care. We got the food it was completely messy. Ordered chili there were no spoons; and a spoon was not given. We asked for spoon was given a dirty look you guessed it by the cashier. We are sitting here for 20 min and already(no exaggeration) six people from the drive thru actually came in and were missing food people were upset this restaurant is extremely dirty has not been cleaned garbage is not been taken out. Just now a gentleman was waiting 4 minutes to be greeted and was NOT until he yelled out«anybody home». This is unreal. Never seen a Wendy’s this disorganized. Never coming here again! And getting my money back for this horrible experience. This is not a joke as we left the drive thru guy empties some sort of tray out of the window and apologized to me for seeing it. UNREAL!

I would give it a 5 star, if the service was good. I love Wendy’s food but every time I go they always get our order incorrect. Also they constantly ask you to pull up to the corner because the food is not ready, the point of FAST food is to get it FAST. Then we have to wait up to 10 – 15 maybe even 20 minutes for our order. So in that we are STARVING! And on top of that the employees could be snotty!

Late night at Wendy’s…classy, romantic, clean, FAST food, um no… My best friend and I decided to come here after a late night workout… again EPIC mistake if you’re in a hurry and want fast, hot and accurate food… as he and I have gone here several times at various times of the day in hopes of all of the above improving with shift changes it had not! This will probably be our last visit there and let me explain why… after our workout, he wanted to buy me food and just have them bag it separately as we were going to different places after the gym apparently the drive through attendant stated, «um sorry sir we don’t do that we can just put the order all in one.» So he pulls forward as do I behind him making sure there weren’t other customers behind me that I was blocking, but nope it was just him and I. I rolled down the window so he could tell me what was going on and while he moved into my window closer to me he noticed a wine bottle in the parking lot space right next to me, seems someone has a classy romantic night here… lol anyhow he told me what the attendant said as well as the typical«you’re gonna have to pull up your order is going to be awhile,» so we must have waited about 15 minutes. Not sure why it took 15 minutes since it appeared they had a full kitchen staff monkeying around when I passed the drive through window and that fact that he and I were the only customers with a small order not certain what took so long, maybe they were in the back killing the chicken that was on my sandwich… lol though highly unlikely. When we got our food it was correct so 1 star for that though the cheese on our food was not melted and the fries were luke warm/cold and soggy… my hypothesis they gave us old fries. Positive note the berry iced tea was amazing! Best part of the meal!!! Most likely because the super genius late night crew couldn’t mess it up, put some ice in a cup, put cup under the iced tea fountain and omg hit a button! My advice, go across the street to TBK, Denny’s, etc for your late night food instead, unless you have time to kill, like having cold food, a messed up order, surrounded by mess inside the building or out it’s gross, who knows maybe there will be a «romantic bottle of wine» in the parking lot waiting there for you while you wait for your food!

Late night drive thru is horrifying. Saturday October 26th we drove in around 1am. We literally sat at the speaker for 13 minutes waiting for someone to greet us. I thought they were closed. We then beeped the horn a few times because we knew they were open and someone FINALLY came to the window. He said the car in front of us ordered about $ 40 worth of food. (How is that my problem?) We waited another 3 minutes before we realized there was a Burger King across the street and drove off.

This place has screwed up my drive thru orders more times than they have got it right. Affter about 20 trips to this Wendy’s I’ve given up and give my business to the taco place on the corner and open just as late! I only go to this place when it’s raining and Im too lazy to get out of the car. None of the employees ever look happy, they all look miserable.
