Wellbeing Personalized Healthcare opened in 2015. We have another location at 6774 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, IL 60 631 which opened in 2007. We are now accepting new patients at both locations.

Business Owner

Dr. Terese Black is a Naturopathic and Chiropractic Physician. She graduated as the class salutatorian, magna cum laude, with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine with certification in Acupuncture from the National University of Health Sciences. She has specialized training in Functional Medicine, Sacro Occipital Technique, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Applied Kinesiology, Gonstead Technique, Kinesio Taping, MTHFR, Autism Research Institute (DAN), celiac/​gluten intolerance and Webster technique. Dr. Black has learned from many practitioners, including Dr. Andrew Pasminksi, her mentor, who introduced her to Chiropractic medicine at a young age, Dr. Datis Kharrazian, Dr. George Goodheart, Dr. David Leaf, Dr. Ben Lynch, Dr. Kurt Larson and Dr. Tabatha Parker. Dr. Black was a part-​time faculty member for 6 years in the basic and clinical science departments at National University of Health Sciences.
