They stood me up THREE times, I even took off work to be flexible for them but they never came and never called to cancel. I had to call THEM to find out no one was coming. If you bought a deal, call back ASAP to get a refund.

Wish I read this review before I bought service. I gave them a chance after they did not come as pre scheduled three weeks prior. Wish I just got a refund.
Worst cleaning service — broke and hid a cup so I wouldn’t see the damage. My dust pan is missing. The assistant had to be given a lot of direction, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Wouldn’t help clean base boards which was not indicated.
I accidentally double paid, because I forgot I purchased the service on-​line. The owner took a check from me, when she could have reminded me that I paid.

Terrible service — do not use! Bought a Groupon for this company to clean my apartment. They rescheduled twice about an hour before the appointment then finally sent me a text canceling an hour after they were due to turn up because they couldn’t find any parking free parking. At no point did they ask me and about parking and there’s street parking all around my building.
