Appointment was at 3:30 didn’t get seen until 5 and the waiting room was packed. The clinic closes at 6 but didn’t leave until 6:30 and the place was still packed with people waiting to be seen

Appoimtment was for 3:30 didnt get seen until another hour after that. Didnt leave until 5:30 and this was first visit. Not a good impression for first vist.
