Business Owner

Heather Sluga is a singer, pianist, vocal/​piano instructor, Music Education Major/​Psych minor at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood. She has been playing piano for over seventeen years and studying voice for eight years. She has two years of experience successfully teaching private, partner and group piano and voice lessons to people of all ages at the Beverly Arts Center. Heather actively participates as a vocalist and pianist in several college level juries and concert performances and has been the singer, keyboardist and guitarist of various cover bands and original projects. Heather has sung soprano in several university choirs, played alto saxophone in numerous concert and jazz bands and placed in severa IMEA piano competitions. More recently she has been focused on writing original compositions. Heather specializes in teaching children of all ages to play and sing expressively with confidence and style.
