Universal Wellness Source of Roscoe Village

This is my first experience going to a chiropractor and I love it. I started treatment about 4 months ago and have seen improvements in my back pain, sleep and posture. Dr. Erin and Crystal are very friendly and informative regarding the how and the WHY the treatments are helping. Also, there is progress monitoring that is done through X-​rays and range of movement tests that measure your improvements. After seeing the improvements I have made, my wife and daughter are now seeing Dr. Erin. I highly recommend anyone who is experiencing any kind of chronic pains to seek treatment here.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking chiropractic care! The people are awesome and the atmosphere is great. After a couple months seeking treatment I have noticed my posture and overall health greatly improve. I’m so grateful to have stumbled upon this establishment. Dr. Erin and Krystal are awesome! Very welcoming and positive place to come and a great place to either start or end the day. I started coming because of low back pain from playing sports my entire life and a breathing problem I was having. Since coming I’ve had such improvement in both areas. I’m able to exercise with outing getting the amount of pain and discomfort that I was experiencing before. Also, my breathing has become much better. I feel like I’m able to take deep breaths again and I am able to do more cardio than I had been able to do for a long time. I have nothing but positives to say and as I have stated, have had such an awesome experience here. Highly recommended for anyone in need of chiropractic care!

I’m So grateful to Dr. Erin and Krystal for their care and support. When I came to UWS at Roscoe Village my neck and back were in Phase II degeneration and my hips were out of alignment. Since coming to UWS Roscoe Village and working hard at chiropractic therapy my health and wellness has improved tremendously! My chronic sinus, back, and neck pain have been greatly alleviated. Dr. Erin and her assistant Krystal are top notch ladies. Their professionalism, knowledge and overall great care are definitely a plus in this fast paced world we live in. Dr. Erin is very personable and makes you feel right at home with each visit. She’s extremely efficient and is very respectful of your time. I came to see her about 10 weeks ago when I pulled my back out and had a hard time walking. In those 10 short weeks she had me up & moving and I was able to run a 10 mile race last weekend. Since coming to her, my sleep has vastly improved & I am able to run long distance with little to no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Erin and this office!

I have been coming here for years! Dr. Erin and Krystal are an amazing team. I make it a priority in my week to get in and take care of my body. First, I have grown and inch! I slouch less. I use to have a lot of lower back and hip pain. No more! I am way more flexible and I am able to workout now. They also helped me focus on my weight loss and I have loss 70lbs in 7 months. I love these guys!

So thankful I found this place! I have seen several other chiropractors while living in Chicago, and no place has made me feel as welcomed and comfortable as UWS-​Roscoe Village. Erin and her staff are genuine and take the time to talk to you. I feel like other places I have been have been «get in, get out» and VERY sales oriented– but not this place. They focus on your treatment and body, take extra time to help, and LISTEN.
They have really helped me manage my pain– chronic headaches, neck pain, low back pain. I have also been seeing them regularly during my pregnancy which has helped tremendously.

My visit with Dr. Erin & her team at 1902 Belmont finally gave me reason to sign up for Unilocal and write a review. I’ve never been much into holistic wellness and have zero experience with chiropractic service. In saying that, I was truly impressed by what this office and staff have to offer.
An awesome staff, office culture, and the service oriented approach really stood out to me. Dr. Erin & her team were extremely patient & helpful in educating me about my body and for a lack of better terms, what I need to be doing to feel better.
Following my detailed consultation we worked together to lay out a gameplan that will help me reach my goals which Dr. Erin helped me define.
I came in with some serious back issues, which I was expecting to have adjusted and be on my way. Through my consultation it became apparent that my other «minor» troubles such as sleep issues, tension and my overall feeling like crap were all connected to my skeletal and nervous system which Dr. Erin & her team happen to be experts in correcting & educating you about.
This is a very wordy review,. but if you’re having issues which you are considering chiropractic services I highly recommend a visit to Universal Welness Belmont. See Dr. Erin. She’s super helpful, encouraging, friendly and is obviously passionate about what she does. Once again, I don’t know much about holistic healthcare but everyone in this office are obviously experts.
Also, she gives an awesome adjustment. Just sayin’

I was promised a refund for unused treatments. My insurance company sent several letters refusing treatment, but he clinic insisted it was only a formality and to continue coming. When I finally stopped going and asked for a refund, I was told no refund was due as the insurance company hadn’t paid and they were keeping my full payment. This is insurance fraud at best. The clinic is prescribing unnecessary treatment and not refunding patience. I might also want to add, that although I had gone to improve posture, my back hurt for months after getting the 10 treatments I did get.

I am grateful that I found Dr. Erin and her staff, I came in on a groupon in late November and could hardly move my torso. I have continued to work my treatment plan and have had good results, I look forward to being pain free for the summer!

There are good Chiropractors, there are bad Chiropractors and then there is the Wellness Source. This group of Chiros are some of the best in the business hands down. They were able to get me to a pain free lifestyle within a short period of time. This is something that over 8 different chiropractors have failed at previously. Thanks Doctor Nick. Love these guys! I’ve been going here since they opened just about 1 year ago. Dr. Lopez and Dr. Ray are great! They don’t just give you an adjustment and get you out the door, but they focus on the overall health of the entire body. There are a series of excercises and devices to go through before and after the adjustment, and they really do make a difference.
As someone who has been seeing a chiropractor since the age of 9, I have seen my fair share of doctors and techniques. These guys have brought me closer to full rehabiliation than any of the docs I’ve seen in the past. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a Groupon for this practice which included four sessions. I was impressed with the staff and the chiropractor that worked with me. Typically, I just get an adjustment. At the Wellness Source, I was put on a program involving education, maintenance, and adjustments. It really helped and I plan to return. I highly recommend the Wellness Source at 1902 W. Belmont.
