He took $ 600 and week later he said he cant take my case and he never refund my money.

I have recently worked with Richard for two cases. Even tho we are not done yet, he successfully solved the first one. His office is more like «chill» comparing to other boring lawyers offices. At first i was worried that nobody cares or understands the importance of my situation. They seemed pretty unorganized and careless, but never judge a book by its cover.
Everything was done on time. I was always being called and being informed about important matters. At the end the problem is solved with no hardship. Now i am working with them for another case and i am a lot more comfortable. Don’t let terrible Unilocal reviews fool you like it did to me. Note: Richard is a lawyer for the past 46 years. I bet he knows a thing or two ;)

We hired Richard to assist with the paper work for my husbands green card application.
He screwed it up so bad that we ended up having to go to our local congressman to find out where the paper work ended up, and hiring another lawyer. When our congressman concluded there was a mistake made, Mr. Trais refused to accept blame and correct the situation, instead he pointed at the door and said he could help us no further. He said he made no mistake and said we had to ‘sue the government, for another $ 3,500′…WTF! This is after we paid him in full.
His office is constantly full of people waiting around, no appointment, rude staff, rude lawyers, no help. Not professional at all!
3 weeks after we hired a new lawyer, my husband got his green card! Did I mention it took Richard Trais over 14 months to do what another lawyer did in 3 weeks…
Do not use this lawyer!
